I actually think it DID get the guy. I think they had him, questioned him, looked into his mobile devices, etc but haven't yet found the evidence to arrest him. I absolutely believe they know who did it-it is just that the evidence they have is something a good atty could tear apart, so they are looking for more.

And no, I do not believe it is RL, though I think he could be indirectly involved.
I absolutely agree 100% and it is nobody that has been mentioned by name, only mentioned by what he does for a living. And it makes total sense bc he works very close by, and he could easily get spooked and go into hiding if he hasn't already. I think they are tiptoeing around him carefully and waiting for that piece they need. Or at least I don't think his name was mentioned. Don't ask what his name is because I have no idea. I only" know what he does for a living and how he is so close to that area In walking distance.. That's what I think.. MOO.... And if his name is known it shouldn't be mentioned...

I can't agree with this, that picture is of no value. If ten people view it you'll get 10 different descriptions. It's impossible to make any solid identifying markers from it. What if, they released it solely to put mental pressure on the perp. To become noticeably stressed, a sudden change of appearance or behavior pattern. Just a thought.

I agree no value at all.but I think they thought someone would know him.

Good idea. We had a member who went out with his wife and did measurements and pics for us way back when. Maybe thread 10ish? Don't remember his name. Don't see him posting anymore. Maybe someone will volunteer

I'm optimistic that yesterday's comments made by LE will shake up Delphi & surrounding areas people enough to cause something to fall out.

Someone has to know something. The murderer (s) are not and were not invisible. They did not fly out of there, they walked, use some kind of vehicle, they possibly threw out clothing, got a haircut and a shave. Maybe someone who was very tense and anxious before these murders are now calm or relaxed. Or maybe the opposite.

The dregs of humanity work a mile and 1/2 away at the meat packers. (IIRC) there are 30, 50, 80 RSOs employed there.

IIRC, carpools also meet up at the Meat Packers company.

Any info on the victim found hanging & shot a few days ago?

Any stolen cars Feb 13- th /14th?

This sub- human will be caught.

This is such amazing work. Once the girls were forced down the hill (IMO, I think this video portrays the correct hill the voice capture by Libby of the suspect is referring), something may have happened under the bridge and could be considered a primary crime scene. Their bodies were found across Deer Creek, which may be a secondary crime scene. All this is MO.

I still can't get over how lonely that trail is - my parents would never of ever let me hang out somewhere like that at 13. Anything could happen and nobody would see anything (and that day it did)

It's a predators jackpot- two girls out alone with nobody around.

Why were his posts deleted? I recall them being incredibly useful.

The above is just my opinion.

Does having a heinous crime happen on or near your property reduce the value of it?

Maybe at least to locals it may not be a desirable property to buy. But an out of town buyer may not care and buy it at the asking price? Also you could ask would said "owner of the property" after having a double murder happen on the property want to then be more inclined to want to sell?

You and I are simpatico on this. And yes, because of the close proximity of the job to the site where the girls were taken and found, the presence of his DNA could easily be explained-which is why I think LE is waiting to collect more evidence.

Although I am almost positive Floridian and I allude to the same person, I think the general idea still applies. Even if they have DNA, there are quite a few people that could have plausible reasons for their DNA to be in the area. LE has to be very careful in pointing fingers. They MUST have their ducks in a row.

At that age, I used to take a streetcar from school to a transfer station. Then I'd take a bus from that station home.

Halfway between the onboarding stop and that transfer station was a stop in the woods. That stop was about a mile from home v the transfer station, which was about five miles from home

That midway stop was awfully secluded along the tracks. I walked through a bit of woods and up an incredibly long flight of steps that led along a steep hillside. From there, it was a half-mile walk home. I wasn't allowed to take that shortcut because of its hideousness. But I sometimes did it because it cut a few minutes out of my commute and I could move instead of sit on a bus. My parents didn't know I took that shortcut.

Now as an adult, I see how foolish I was, and how lucky too.

Kids do stuff like that. If they would have had today's tech back then, my parents would have chipped me to track me. 🙂

The above is just my opinion.

I would have to sit on my bottom and scoot across this bridge. It is scary, the bridge itself. That Libby stepped out on one of those platforms to snap pics is bravery in and of itself. My parents were pretty protective too, but once I reached middle school, I wanted to be with my friends and have adventures, so they began to relent a little. I grew up in a small town, too, next to a river, and managed to turn out alive. No way the parents could've predicted the day would've turned out like this, not that I don't get your sentiment. I look at the world differently now.

I'm still sort of new here.
Can someone remind me why LE has not revealed to the public the cause of death?
In the Missy Beavers case, they told the public that she was beaten with the hammer seen in the surveillance video.
Why won't they tell us how L and A died? What if they were stabbed? And suddenly your significant other is in the garage meticulously cleaning their favorite knife? Or suddenly you look in the safe and the family gun is suddenly missing? Wouldn't disclosing the cause of death be a valuable tool to help the public in searching for suspects?

Totally, totally agree about that bridge! I find it hard to believe that people walk it and that it is accessible to the public. One video showed how slats are completely missing...like they're not just ratty and rotty, but they're missing. Gaps. Long drop. 😨

I would be right alongside you scooting on my butt too.

The above is just my opinion.

I was not blaming the parents. It seems like it was a hangout of sorts but I just think it was so quiet and desolate that something like this could of happened at anytime and in the videos I always find the place creepy as there is nobody else about.

I am not a parent.
But young women have gone missing hikingwalking/running in parks that were much more crowded than this one. They have gone missing in crowded mall parking lots in brought daylight!

Some might have been deleted but several are still available. This one includes his estimate of BG's height.

I don't think he left Websleuths. I think he's taking a break from a frustrating case of which things have been regurgitated over and over and over to the point that sometimes it gets to where you wanna shake your arms (sorry I picture Casey Anthony right here, NO ONE WILL LET ME TALK!) and scream profanities. I've stepped back quite considerably myself.
