I don't know why we can't discuss both videos, there are two angles shown, the side and one that starts with him walking from the splash pad past the bar towards the windows following her but they are both clearly the same moment.

Also I love that the family has been so upset about "open windows in a childs play area" but they aren't upset about the bar clearly being there

I hope we can because that part is important but I don't want to comment on it until we get the go-ahead. The Spanish commenter points out something completely new as well. I don't speak much Spanish but you can see what he's saying on closer inspection. I missed it earlier.

If there were counting on "hasn't he suffered enough" from some jurors, I don't think there could be any juror who would not vote to convict him now. Not even the all the potential jurors who are grandparents in Florida.

She appears to be COMPLETELY out of that window literally being held overboard, exactly as the original reports stated. That's because the footage from the ship was viewed the same day by the police IMO.

yes -in an "act of games" IIRC. and many cruisers said he was dangling her ..... the plea includes no jail time - but apparently he thinks this behavior is ok and they need to fix the ship, bar and screen the windows, etc so that another child doesn't get dangled out the window and falls to its death - he just can't admit to wrongdoing apparently.

This is exactly how it was stated and demonstrated in the early reports after she fell. Those of us who had posted on the first WS thread (that was deleted) discussed it extensively.

I felt sorry for Grandad at first but seeing this video is so disturbing.He totally lied about not knowing the window was open and I have to admit to now wondering if darker motives weren't involved.

The colorblind excuse will get them NOWHERE.... You can see in the video that 1/4 of the sliding glass window was STILL IN THE FRAME in front of him (i.e. the window was not 100% open).

The family and Winkleman have been calling it an “empty hole in a wall of glass” for weeks! The “hole” was not empty but filled with at least 1/4 of the sliding window including the handle!! The colorblind excuse is a joke.

Also, I may have missed it, but where does the mod say we cannot discuss the entire video (both views)?
