Anything is possible. Early dementia, brain trauma, low IQ. I’m with he was drunked up and couldn’t catch her fast enough. Maybe some back pain meds, too. That split second delay due to alcohol consumption was all it took. That’s why both parents immediately denied alcohol testing or interviews. Cop and criminal lawyer. That poor baby. You know she was scared of flying without angel wings. I’d have killed him with my bare hands. Right on the spot.
ETA: maybe I could have picked him up with Adrenalin pumping through my body and thrown him overboard. Maybe....maybe just strangled him in front of God and everyone. I’d hope no one would pretend to try to stop me.

Oviedo has the link. No time to pursue it. Simple Spanish would get you there. They are a few hours behind us. Should have called the case by now.

Supposed to have been a hearing on the merits of the case. Set multiple times already and reset. Maybe they had the hearing but no entry in the notes. Probably reset again.
