Cannabis won't cause this kind of violence but a synthetic will.
I agree. If what the passenger/witness told the police is true -- that he suddenly began speeding and weaving in and out of traffic out of nowhere -- it's possible synthetic marijuana is the cause of his erratic behavior. It's bad, bad stuff. Crazy, stupid, and dangerous stuff.
