I know no party in the case nor do I know any in other cases I follow here.

Most are down on perpetrators and solidly on the side of victims. As someone said above, it is a victim friendly site. I think most believe in justice being served.

The perp here certainly appears guilty and not much of a likable character. He also lured (it appears) Ryan into his home and then went to find the ex-gf. He knew what he was doing imo and it was planned as well.

A young father is dead and another child fatherless, thanks to the perp.

I saved a lot of info. What stood out to me was a reference to SR in which TJ stated, (paraphrasing) "I am living with the woman of my dreams." Thinking back on those words..... all of this so very tragic.

I never saw that. I missed it unless he actually had two accounts.
I saw school classroom pix, what seemed like church functions with other adolescent boys, the woods, his place of work at a green house and study groups in someone's home.

That's what I seen as well. I only noticed one insttagram when I looked.

I have never seen an insanity defense be put forward before so am interested to see how it goes ahead.

IQ, do you have a link for the diagnosis of schizophrenia that you mention?

Do the two doctors who examine TJ have to agree their diagnosis for the insanity plea to go forward does anyone know ?

I have found an article that provides info on the insanity defense in Indiana and how it may progress.

If TJ didn't know right from wrong he could not hold a job. He would do 50 percent of everthing wrong.
MH has virtually nothing to do with violence towards others. That is always a choice.

I think I will reserve judgement till we know what the appointed doctors say. Mental health and insanity are not an area about which I have much knowledge or experience.

I did. And I remember similar posts to what you have stated. There was one of his class trip to Washington DC which was tagged with everyone's name if anyone still has that.

Interesting what will be in his past MH records, I wonder if any previous violence? If drugs pushed him over the edge, I wonder when and how he started.

We know he had a protection order against him so he had to have done something but perhaps it is a juvenile record so maybe we won't see that.

Delphi and Flora should really want to know if drugs were involved in TJs MH. The Flora pizzeria, being run by a drug dealing child molester is only 8 miles away from TJs home and MHB.

What does MHB mean? Why would Delphi and Flora need to know his mental health records? Not sure what the pizzeria would have to do with TJ?
