I will pass on the book because there is no way, NONE, ZILCH that George molested anyone. And I bet it was Cindy's idea that he be in th edelivery room and being as weak as George is, he said yes. KC is a full blown sociopath and as far as Cindy causing all the problems, there is no doubt that Cindy let her get away with everything, but Cindy knew about the baby and SHE WANTED A BABY. That is it. Cindy wanted another baby. So she let KC deny it and went along and the was blackmailed with the baby at every turn. Until KC decided to kill the baby out of all consuming jealousy of the relationship. That jealousy trumps any tendency by KC to get rid of Caylee because she wanted to be free. She did, but the jealousy enraged her.

I will pass on his book and I read everything, but I will not read something as ludicrous as that.

To me he looks like a proud man who has eaten his words far too long. He feels like he deserves more but hasn't earned it - but I suspect as a young child and a young man he got a lot of attention and now he's at the place where he's pretty darned unhappy with his lot in life. Then heap on all of the implications of Caylee and OCA - and to me - there you have it....

Every time I read this kind of BBM I remind myself that we as forum folks need to take some responsibility for the charges Baez levelled at trial - since it was his media folk who found ours and others comments to build on.

I think we would all have that same look if we spent the last 25 years living with CA and FCA. I think GA is the only honest one in the family. He may have had an affair, but frankly I wouldn't have blamed him. I think that is the extent of his sneakiness. He did not harm Caylee in any way!!

IMO, there is plenty of documented sneakiness on GA's part. Just google orange county courts and his name to see the trail GA has left behind, and watch the countless youtube vidoes of he and CA in SODDI and anyone but OCA spin mode.

GA had his chance to walk away from both of them when he filed for divorce, but he chose to return to CA.

But this book, from what little I've read, went well beyond the pale with suggesting that he is a molester. He is a lot of things to me, but molester is not what comes to mind.

I agree wholeheartedly LG, I think he started out doing the right thing going to the Grand Jury (wish we could read that testimony!), and then his LE interview, and then going to LE without CA's knowledge, then I think he got entrapped and enmeshed into CA's dysfunction and all the chaos early on and told a few mis-truths or mis-spoke--loved how some of the A's rationalize outright LIES by these terms--and then was trapped into that at the trial,

and I agree with the many times posted re: him having to listen JB spew those molestation lies in his opening statement, I think GA wanted to THROTTLE JB and I don't think GA EVER liked JB, and rightfully so, after reading JA's book and seeing what really went on.

and JB was just pushing GA's buttons trying to get GA ticked about those gas cans, showing the two different pics from two different dates, and GA just wasn't going to let JB trick him, I just wish he would have calmly answered the questions, but he didn't. JB got his desired result with this jury.

I also wonder as I have read here as a possibility, if the story CA told her family about what happened to all of her large amounts of missing $$ was really GA losing it to some Nigerian scam or online gambling, or was it actually OCA robbing CA/GA blind, and CA had to dip into her 401(k) and other accounts to simply pay their bills and buy food and necessities?? and then, once again, GA just agreed to go along with that version to LE, not that I am O.K. with GA not telling the truth, but I don't find him creepy at all as others here have posted.

Baez's media researcher made it very clear that George was targeted based on what she and her people found about the chat about George and their suspicions. There is no doubt about Baez's reasons at all.

Clearly GA should have done many things - I don't know how hard it would be in actual real time to testify against your daughter when she may receive the death penalty because of it. It is all very well for us to sit here at our computer keyboards and take the high road by insisting we would do what is right.

He should have. He didn't. Who knows for sure the reasons/dynamics of why he didn't. We can guess, but I know this is a public forum and I don't think we have the right, post trial, to continue to talk speculatively about George. It's over - he had nothing to do with the murder or any form of abuse. That much we should be able to let go. Ashton was kind to both CA and GA post trial. We could at least meet him on George, don't you think?

I'm jumping in here - feel free to ignore me if three's a crowd. If GA can go on Dr. Phil well past post trial to continue with their agenda, I feel no guilt in continuing to discuss him. And I'm not even getting 500K or a new car for my words.

I do admire JA's ability to speak so well of them though, as well as yourself and others who can let this go. I hope to get there one day.

bbm, agree, and especially agree with what I have bolded above, no matter what else, IMO GA had nothing to do with Caylee's murder or any form of abuse of OCA, all hogwash; the rest of his life was not on trial, heck, HE wasn't even on trial.

and now that I am further out from the trial, with a clearer and less angry perspective, even though it may have been warranted, I wish the prosecution had not gone for the death penalty. Don't know if it would have changed any of the A's testimony, doubt it on CA, maybe on GA/LA.

I'm not sure what a HUGE fuss is being made about GA being in the delivery room. Not my cup of tea, but there are plenty of famlies where eveyone down to second cousins are in there, both male and female! Heck, I've even known women who have had their male best friends in there.

I know sex was what got me into the situation, but after several hours of labor and then finding out I needed a c-section, I really didn't care who wandered through the room. (and I gave birth in the hospital in which I worked) There was nothing sexual about getting that baby out of me, and I'm pretty sure my ex wasn't thinking about sex either!

I honestly don't remember. Was George down at the foot at the bed getting an eyefull or was he holding KC's hand, helping her push? Standing by her shoulders, ready to pass out or puke? Was he sitting on a chair in a corner cheering her on? Do we even know?

I read his book and found his point of view interesting. I didn't read it with the same frame of mind has JA's book though. In KA's book I looked at more has a story to what could have happened to make her turn out that way, not like he knew the facts and was presenting them. JA's book brought out a lot of emotions in me and I learned alot from it. KA's book I just enjoyed reading his perspective on how someone could turn out to be has cold has CFA but I didn't really look at his insight has fact to the case just a perspective.

First of all, I don't see a slow board as three is a crowd. And I have no problem with a discussion - I just don't think we should be perpetuating the "there's something not right with George" myth on a public board with words like sneaky and creepy. All IMO.

Just wanted to say I don't know how Dr. Ablow gets away with that kind of defamation either but the trial is over and no blame was attached to GA at all.
