A Call Between a Senior COGAT Officer and a Gazan Official in the Rantisi Hospital

Nov 11, 2023
IDF troops opened & secured an evacuation route from both Rantisi and Nasser hospitals, as well as an additional route for Gazans moving southward. While our troops secured the route, armed terrorists approached and fired RPGs. In response, IDF troops struck the terrorists.

Listen to a call where terrorists brag about their personal ambulance

Nov 11, 2023
All over the world, ambulances are used to bring medical care to those in need. But in Gaza, Hamas seized control of the ambulances and use them as discrete taxis for their terrorists.

IDF Officer is Told by Gazan How Hamas Prevents Civilian Evacuations.

Oct 26, 2023
LISTEN to an IDF officer in Unit 504 encourage a resident of Gaza to evacuate southward for their safety.

Hamas continues to use the civilians of Gaza as human shields, not allowing them to evacuate.

None of it makes sense, but I don't expect it to. The health ministry in Gaza is run by HAMAS.. so no surprises there. I don't believe much of what is coming out of Gaza. They have ever reason to lie and blame Israel for everything so I just don't believe it. They were running out of fuel weeks ago, no electricity weeks ago, yet here we are 3 weeks later still about to run out or just ran out? Well it's hard to believe anything when they won't do what is in the best intrest of their own people. They say they can't do it, but then not doing it is putting them at more risk. They say these babies need special care, but laying on the floor is not special care.. they can be moved... it would take what an hour or two and they'd have all the special care they need. I just think these poor babies are another "shield" for HAMAS. Everyone wanting to know why Israel isn't going in.. maybe because going in is a trap? Why won't they let the babies leave? That is the real question.
Oh yes, sick babies are news!!! Folks will be outraged, media all over this. NBC lead with the hospital and a live phone interview.
The good Dr is using as a PR campaign. He's hit every news station, held a telecast and finally made time to speak with WHO, busy man.
Anything to protect Hamas Command Center.

They are in a thin mattress on the floor, as I stated and reflected in the photo.

Kamal Adwan Hospital has run out of fuel - report

The head of northern Gaza’s Kamal Adwan Hospital has told Al Jazeera that the hospital has run out of fuel.

“Ahmed al-Kahlout, the head of the Kamal Adwan Hospital in northern Gaza, said in an interview with Al Jazeera that the facility’s main generator has run out of fuel, forcing the hospital to shut its operation,” the news organisation reports.

More than 5,000 people are sheltering at the hospital in addition to patients.

Kamal Adwan is the latest hospital to stop functioning, after the WHO said al-Shifa hospital had run out of fuel and the Palestine Red Crescent Society announced that the al-Quds hospital was “out of service and no longer operational”, also due to a shortage of fuel needed to power generators.

Emphasis mine.
The facts are -- that Hamas lies.
If by threat from Hamas, or the opposite -- solidarity with Hamas, the information coming out of the hospitals cannot be believed.
Second bolded : Exactly. It's very likely that the IDF would be slaughtered if they entered the hospital.
Omo.
Here you go; the photo is indeed Fake News

A photo of Gaza babies has appeared all over social media saying they were taken out of their incubators because the hospital doesn’t have electricity. The thing is there’s also an uncropped photo that clearly shows a functional electrical monitor in the background. Did Hamas endanger these babies for their propaganda war?

And all these hopitals have been 'hours away' from having to cease operations for a month now due to having 'no fuel'. Why are they taking babes out of incubators anyway? An incubator doesn't need power to be a safe place to sleep.

We know that ambulances are used to transport patients in need of emergency medical care, and hospitals are institutions where patients go to receive medical treatment.

Right?

For Hamas, ambulances are used to transport its operatives and weapons to disguise them as civilians, and hospitals are in fact terrorist infrastructure...not the most medical purpose.

This is against international law and turns them into legitimate military targets.
So far, Israel has provided no proof that Hamas is under any hospital or that Hamas is using ambulances to transport anything at all.

If the harm to civilians is disproportionate to the military objective, the attack is illegal under international law.

In an editorial published Friday in Britain’s The Guardian newspaper, International Criminal Court prosecutor Karim Khan issued a warning to combatants that the burden of proof is on them if they claim hospitals, schools or houses of worship have lost their protected status because they are being used for military purposes. And the bar for evidence is very high.

“If there is a doubt that a civilian object has lost its protective status, the attacker must assume that it is protected,” Khan wrote. “The burden of demonstrating that this protective status is lost rests with those who fire the gun, the missile, or the rocket in question.”

One woman fleeing northern Gaza, Fedaa Shangan, said she’d had a cesarean section at Al-Quds: “The wound is still fresh.” She said the Israeli army near the hospital “did not care about the presence of patients, children, women and the elderly. They did not care about anyone.”

The mattresses are on tables or hospital beds and not directly on the floor. The edge of one of the tables is clearly visible in one of the photos.

Health officials and people trapped inside Gaza’s largest hospital rejected Israel’s claims that it was helping babies and others evacuate Sunday, saying fighting continued just outside the facility where incubators lay idle with no electricity and critical supplies were running out.

The electricity is being provided by generators which require fuel. When the fuel runs out, the hospital goes dark. That's reality, not propaganda.

The hospital’s last generator ran out of fuel Saturday, leading to the deaths of three premature babies and four other patients, according to the Health Ministry. It said another 36 babies are at risk of dying.

Israel’s military asserted it placed 300 liters (79 gallons) of fuel near Shifa overnight for an emergency generator powering incubators for premature babies and coordinated the delivery with hospital officials. But the military said Hamas prevented the hospital from receiving the fuel.

A Health Ministry spokesperson, Ashraf al-Qidra, disputed the account and also told Al Jazeera the fuel would not be enough to operate the generator an hour. “This is a mockery towards the patients and children,” Al-Qidra said.

Speaking to CNN, Netanyahu asserted that “100 or so” people had been evacuated from Shifa and that Israel had created safe corridors.

But Health Ministry Undersecretary Munir al-Boursh said Israeli snipers have deployed around Shifa, firing at any movement.

“There are wounded in the house, and we can’t reach them,” he told Al Jazeera. “We can’t stick our heads out of the window.”

The military said troops would assist in moving babies on Sunday. But Medical Aid for Palestinians, a U.K.-based charity that has supported Shifa’s neonatal intensive care unit, said transferring critically ill infants is complex. “With ambulances unable to reach the hospital ... and no hospital with capacity to receive them, there is no indication of how this can be done safely,” CEO Melanie Ward said.

The only option is for Israel to stop its assault and allow fuel into the hospital, Ward said.

This war reaches space (Arrow missiles), but nothing about the tunnels over the fence is known

The uncropped hospital photo can be found here (as well as other X shares... both sides... I know you sleuthers can find). I shared it previously. Please note the oxygen access ports on the wall (just google hospital oxygen wall outlets) with tubes attached (whether they work or not... well, we just don't know.) AND, it's obvious working electricity !! All of this while NEWS outlets couldn't wait to say "UNDER SIEGE BY IDF"... which was a lie.

Here, I made it easy for the pro P lovers!!

The Health Ministry said there are 1,500 patients at Shifa, along with 1,500 medical personnel and between 15,000 and 20,000 people seeking shelter.

The president of Doctors Without Borders International, Christos Christou, told CBS’ “Face the Nation” it would take weeks to evacuate the patients.

Except they aren't running out of fuel. They have no need to take pictures of babies laying in the floor. See THAT'S propaganda. And lies
