Well, I went to that site and clicked on "donate" just to see what it was all about..LOL

I wonder if it really works or anything? I know nothing about cryptocurrency. I don't know if those are even legit donation links or what.
So what happened when you clicked 'donate'?? Did a big "Smilie Gotcha!!" icon appear or would it have let you proceed???

I'm certainly not clicking it as donating to a terrorist organization is illegal here ... so no one is handing my IP to the popo for investigation.

As part of the IDF’s activities in the Gaza Strip over the last day, our aircraft struck approximately 250 Hamas terror targets. Among the targets struck were dozens of terrorists, rocket launchers, and terrorist infrastructure.

Pop ups for all these cryptocurrencies. I think you need to have some type of app installed for it to work. I have no idea. It went to this thing called DePay.....

I don't even have an ATM card or a Debit card. I'm clueless about digital cash apps, such as Venmo and absolutely totally clueless about cryptocurrency.

Now will I be arrested? Just because I clicked a link out of curiosity? Just because I have no intention of donating to this weird "thing". I wonder if the only people who click will be law abiding people who follow Levy on twitter. (Sorry can't remember his name first hand) or Websleuthers or Jewish people in America who are curious about all this Hamas crazy stuff.

I'm surprised I didn't get one of those Google Malware, popups, that say, "Congratulations, you have won"

They should get off their high horses and volunteer to fight for Israel.
They took her voice and amplified it. They are so annoying and judgmental.
They sound like they're annoying authoritarian parents from the 1960's.
They make Archie Bunker look mellow.

The 'interviewee' could do same for Hamas especially given her "do it again and again and again and again" calls for October 7th. Yep; that's sane and not anti-semetic or advocating for genocide in the least.

I didn’t watch the commentary, but thought it was important to post.

It was not. Just today. They passed at least 7 hospitals to get to Al Shifa.

Maybe the hostages are/were near another hospital. I would imagine this has been checked, including checks for more tunnels under/near them. I’ve surmised from the beginning this could be a dynamic situation as far as the hostages being moved, based on what unfolds.

An indictment will be filed against the 17-year-old terrorist, who tried to carry out a stabbing attack at the Qalandiya crossing about two weeks ago - while she was wrapped in a Hamas flag. In her investigation, she associated herself with the terrorist organization Hamas, and clarified that she intended to carry out the attack in order to: "die with my hand for Gaza"

Israeli journalist Barak Ravid reports Qatari government is expected to announce today that a deal has been reached for the release of the hostages. Ravid’s source added that he hopes nothing happens on the ground in the coming hours to thwart this.As part of the deal, 3 Palestinian prisoners will be released for each Israeli hostage.

Hamas authorities stealing Humanitarian Food Aid. Who would have thunk it???
Amidst growing tensions between the displaced and Hamas authorities in Khan Younis over aid distribution, a notable video is being shared and it shows three residents who show themselves beating a Hamas policeman for stealing food. They claim they are just getting started.

Well, we know from the elderly ladies taken hostage that were released that they were in tunnels near a hospital - if not under one. Given that they stated they were taken through tunnels and eventually into a large uderground room where they were met by medical personnel and provided with prescriptions.

Hamas was prepared for this. Civilians were targetted. That is terrorism.

Why does it have to be 3 grrrr. I guess Hamas wouldn’t budge on an even trade. Not that even 1 is fair, considering their slaughter and Israeli hostages have committed no crimes.

Anxiously awaiting to see #1 if this deal actually materializes, and #2, who these prisoners are that will be released.

PEN International ‘deeply concerned’ by Palestinian poet’s reported arrest by Israeli forces

CNN —
A Palestinian writer and poet who had been contributing to The New Yorker and other publications with reflections on his life inside Gaza during the war has been detained by the Israeli military, according to his brother.

Mosab Abu Toha was taken into custody by the Israel Defense Forces (IDF) “when he reached the checkpoint while leaving from the north to the south” of Gaza, his brother Hamza Abu Toha said in a Facebook post Monday.

“His wife and children entered the south, and the army arrested my brother Mosab,” Hamza Abu Toha wrote on Facebook. “We have no information about him. It is worth mentioning that the American embassy sent him and his family to travel through the Rafah crossing.”

The circumstances of Abu Toha’s arrest are unclear. CNN has reached out to the IDF for comment. A US State Department spokesman earlier said he didn’t have information to share on the situation.

An American Book Award winner and finalist for the National Book Critics Circle Award for his debut poetry book, “Things You May Find Hidden in My Ear,” Mosab Abu Toha, 30, had written searingly about the Israeli airstrikes that have decimated Gaza since war broke out last month between Israel and Hamas.

(...)

PEN International, the global association of writers, said Monday that it is “deeply concerned” about Abu Toha.

“We join calls demanding to know his whereabouts and the reasons for his detention,” PEN said in a statement posted to X, the social media site formerly known as Twitter.

The New York Review of Books also posted about his reported detention on X, noting that “in May we published his poem “What a Gazan Should Do During an Israeli Air Strike.”

This is a breaking news story and will be updated.

(...)

A friend of Abu Toha, Diana Buttu, a Palestinian-Canadian lawyer and a former spokesperson for the Palestine Liberation Organization, said: “His son, who was born in America, was cleared to be evacuated a couple of weeks ago, but Mosab’s name was not on the list.”

“Eventually, they got his name and his wife’s name and the other kids on the list, and they were waiting to get out when it was safe,” Buttu said. “They were trying to evacuate from the north to the south, when they were stopped at a checkpoint with a lot of others. They were told to lift their arms to show they didn’t have anything. Mosab was ordered to put his son down and then the army grabbed him, along with a lot of other men, 200, his wife said. His wife has not heard from him since.”

Neither the US state department nor the Israel Defense Forces (IDF), responded to requests for comment.

I think all the hospitals have tunnels.

I noticed that guy brought in the stretcher likely came in on an ambulance. (Note the stretcher type) He got sent back right away. The Hamas guys barge in behind a secure door and staff doesn't flinch. These Hamas guys likley have a connection to Shifa. They got in with the walking hostage right away.

Moo...in my opinion Hamas is just a bunch yahoos, I seriously cannot take them as a world wide threat.

Not a serious threat????
How can that be said after the horrors they just committed last month? They totally rocked the world on October 7th.

To say they are not a real threat, after they sent THOUSANDS of blood thirsty rapists and killers into hundreds of homes at sunrise---how can it be said that they are just a bunch of yahoos?

That seems a very cold, dismissive comment, considering hundreds of babies, children, parents and grandparents are still being held at gunpoint in some tunnel somewhere, if they are even alive.
They are fringe dwellers, like neo nazis and other extremists. They do not represent the Palestinians that is where I disagree.

I'd like to believe you. But reality says otherwise.

You say 'they do not REPRESENT the Palestinians'---but in fact, by definition they DO represent them.

Did you watch the videos of the cheering crowds, some spitting on the hostages being driven through the town square?

There are 2.5 million Palestinians in Gaza. If they don't want Hamas to represent them, why don't they do something , if it is just a fringe extremist group of Yahoos?

Israel is under the command of a corrupt politician who has no future in politics. This is his last stand, his ego will rule this war. Moo he cares about winning not hostages....moo
This retaliation has little to do with Israel's corrupt politician and everything to do with the brutal MASSACRE that took place. I don't care who would have been in charge on Oct 7th----anyone would be bombing the krap out of Gaza right now.

I agree he cares about 'winning.' How could he not? The country was invaded at sunrise and the civilians were hunted down like dogs---elderly women gang raped. The killers took victims phones and streamed their murders online for their families to watch.

They chased down hundreds of young people who were dancing in the desert and shot them---capturing some to kill later, and others to humiliate by driving them around Gaza, like hunting trophies. The Gaza crowds cheered and danced.

It is shocking how dismissive and nonchalant this attitude is---calling them non threatening yahoos.

If I was the PM of Israel I would keep bombing and fighting hand to hand, until I cleared out the tunnels and rooted out the extremists. Hamas created this situation themselves. and I feel awful for the civilians, and yet Hamas went too far for Israel to turn back now. JMO
