“The Legal War Room will bring lawsuits against Hamas, its supporters and financiers across the globe. It is also preparing actions against media outlets which knowingly or negligently participated in atrocity propaganda, such as reliance on demonstrably false allegations by Hamas’ Ministry of Health, which directly led to the burning of synagogues and other antisemitic attacks around the world.”

A very important statement by @ShuratHaDin @AttorneyNitsana, legal fighters for Israel’s rights in the international legal arena. Hamas and its supporters worldwide will be held accountable, also legally!

BRING DANIEL AND EMILIA HOME!

Single mom Daniel Aloni and her daughter Emilia are currently being held hostage in Gaza by Hamas terrorists.

Please share this and help us reunite them with their loved ones in Israel.

Are these Palestinian students, American? If not, they don't need to be and shouldn't be here. Send them packing.
Probably a good portion are American. Some of these activist groups.......

But if they are here legally, is this a legal opinion to send them packing? Isn't that a legal issue?

“Since 2001, Palestinian militants have launched tens of thousands[1][2][3][4] of rocket and mortarattacks on Israel from the Gaza Strip as part of the continuing Arab–Israeli conflict. The attacks, widely condemned for targeting civilians, have been described as terrorism by the United Nations, the European Union, and Israeli officials, and are defined as war crimes by human rightsgroups Amnesty International and Human Rights Watch. The international community considers indiscriminate attacks on civilian targets to be illegal under international law.[5][6] Palestinian militants say rocket attacks are a response to Israel's block of Gaza,[7][8][9] but the Palestinian Authority has condemned them and says rocket attacks undermine peace.[10]

Has Hamas attacked Israel in other instances prior to 2023?

“Since it seized power in Gaza in 2007, Hamas has provoked multiple major confrontations with Israel, including a 22-day war in 2008-2009; an eight-day war in 2012; a 50-day war in 2014; a series of coordinated attacks in 2018 and 2019; and an 11-day war in May 2021.”

“The Palestinian Authority (PA) ruled Gaza for two years, until 2007, when Hamas waged a brief but violent war against the PA. Since then, Hamas and other terrorist groups have launched thousands of rockets and mortars toward Israel, used Palestinian civilians as human shields to protect their personnel and facilities, and terrorized the Israeli communities near Gaza.”
Plenty of times!

This is good! "Bite the head off the snake"!

While I don't believe in going after BBC for slights or the AP or Al Jazeera. I do believe going after these fake news provocateurs.

One thing everyone must remember about the Gaza death toll from the Hamas health ministry -That number is believed to include Hamas terrorists who were killed inside Israel as they slaughtered civilians, and the victims of Islamic Jihad rocket misfire at the Al-Ahli Hospital.

I've been thinking about the 43 minute long Hamas Massacre footage that was presented by IDF to international journalists. The film started with footage where families were alive and happy, ended with those families dead. It included footage of body recovery.

I started wondering ... there were early reports of an 8 month pregnant woman who was found, lying on her face. When IDF turned her over, they saw that her abdomen was hacked open with a knife. Beside her lay her fetus, umbilical cord attached to mother. The mother was shot in the head. The fetus was also murdered. That footage was taken by IDF.

I wonder whether that is one of the families that was in the 43 minute video where they are alive at the beginning, and dead at the end. Nanny cam footage was also included. That may include actual murder video that was not included in Hamas go-pro footage.

I wondered why Hamas trashed the homes of their victims after the murders. Now I wonder whether they were told to look for nanny cams before moving on to the next home. Or, were the homes trashed because Hamas threw hand grenades into houses?

That just sounds like more propaganda from Israel to defend their attacks on civilians.

The real issue is the fact that Israel is intentionally firing rockets at civilians without providing them any warning. Israel has claimed Hamas terrorists were in the area yet have not provided any proof. Allies know Amnesty International has gathered proof of war crimes by Israel and Hamas.

Which is why all of the Big 5 intelligence chiefs, US, Canada, Australia, UK and New Zealand made it clear on 60 Minutes that our focus is in protecting military installations and our citizens taken hostage.
JMO

As Israeli forces continue to intensify their cataclysmic assault on the occupied Gaza Strip, Amnesty International has documented unlawful Israeli attacks, including indiscriminate attacks, which caused mass civilian casualties and must be investigated as war crimes.

The organization spoke to survivors and eyewitnesses, analysed satellite imagery, and verified photos and videos to investigate air bombardments carried out by Israeli forces between 7 and 12 October, which caused horrific destruction, and in some cases wiped out entire families.

Here the organization presents an in-depth analysis of its findings in five of these unlawful attacks. In each of these cases, Israeli attacks violated international humanitarian law, including by failing to take feasible precautions to spare civilians, or by carrying out indiscriminate attacks that failed to distinguish between civilians and military objectives, or by carrying out attacks that may have been directed against civilian objects.

“In their stated intent to use all means to destroy Hamas, Israeli forces have shown a shocking disregard for civilian lives. They have pulverized street after street of residential buildings killing civilians on a mass scale and destroying essential infrastructure, while new restrictions mean Gaza is fast running out of water, medicine, fuel and electricity. Testimonies from eyewitness and survivors highlighted, again and again, how Israeli attacks decimated Palestinian families, causing such destruction that surviving relatives have little but rubble to remember their loved ones by,” said Agnès Callamard, Amnesty International’s Secretary General.
<modsnip> These terrorists have been around most all of my life. They're relentless. With age there is wisdom. I met my husband who is Jewish back in '77. We were rather controversial on both sides of our families, mine Catholic with a German last name and his Russian Jews. I thought we did a pretty good job to defuse our families over the years by just being ourselves. I rather liked my interesting unique last name that I married into. Until now. It's unsettling to see this much hate out there. It's unsettling to see Americans turning on Americans. I don't recall too many Israeli Jews highjacking planes or cruise ships in the 70's. They're a peaceful people. They deserve to live in peace.

How many civilians has Israel killed excluding Hamas soldier militants, 550 misfired missiles from Hamas into Gaza, and the Hamas misfire into the Gaza hospital?

I suspect that the number is low.

They looted. They stole jewelry. Phones. Computers. Ipads. They ate and drank. And when they were done, they threw grenades and lit fires.
There are so many survivor accounts on Israeli TV. Its sickening.
They run them 24/7. No matter how many times I watch. I can’t grasp the evil.
There are already plans for a museum.
IMO

You will never know the truth. Palestinian Health Ministry aka Hamas reports death tolls.

I'm old. I want peace. However, I question everything because nothing has worked. It should have started with a mandatory two state solution in 1948. (Oh well, that's just my little opinion and can't go back in time) Other than that, I have no solutions. This war is actually a prolonged battle. It will end. There will be a lull, then it starts back up again.

I saw the footage where, after the murders, many people ran through the fences, some on bicycles, stealing a motorcycle unfazed after finding the keys in a house filled with bodies, stealing everything they could get their hands on. Here:

I agree. Nothing works. The Palestinians have rejected two state solution, several times. More land. Less land. Hamas doesn’t want land. They want Israel gone. Off the map. And every last Jewish person dead.

They stole tractors from the farms. Cars.
They loaded dead bodies in SUV’s to take them back to Gaza.
