The bloody footprints left in the hall bath make me believe that those footprints occured after the killer had left the house, not during the time when the killer was still there. I can't see a stranger (or even JY) letting a 2 year old child stay alive when that child could possibly ID them.
IF CY's pjs were changed, then that points to JY. I can't see a stranger bother to take the time to change her pjs after killing Michelle. It also would possibly leave DNA on the pjs (both dirty ones and clean ones) of the killer to ID that person. If a person, even JY, would take the time to change CY into another pair of pjs then why would they leave her free to roam the house and risk the chance of her getting bloody again?
No bloody footprints leaving the bathroom because the blood was either dry on CY's feet or no longer on her feet to leave the footprints.
What test was used to look for the presence of blood on the pjs? Wasn't it testified to in court that there were darker pink areas on the pjs? Were those areas where the blood was located?
I have some questions of my own.
How would a stranger know to go up those back stairs, next to the kitchen, to get to the master bedroom? In some homes the bonus room above the garage has only the one entrance/exit door that is not accessible to the rest of the upstairs house.
Why would a stranger go immediately up those back stairs instead of going into the rest of the house to take the items that would be easy to steal and sell?
Why would a stranger turn on the lights inside and outside of the house when commiting a burglary/murder?
MOO
Why would JY turn on all the lights in the middle of the morning?? That would draw attention to the home... He took the time to unplug the camera so he wasnt seen leaving etc, he had his murder bag with scotch tape and size 10 shoes but he turns all the lights on
in and around his house
