"Jersey" and MW #3

  • #141
MW has others who use her phone. She said (at first) there could be seven others who may have had her phone. That opens up many numbers being passed around. She or any of other seven could also be connected to DB's brother/s...Samantha B, etc.

MW's number was also linked to Craig's List. I forgot what she was selling.

I see no reason for anyone to be calling MW at this time except to be returning a call or miss dialing a call. I also see no reason for the perp to steal the cell phones from DB. Why take evidence that would tie you to a kidnapping? A person may be crazy but this is taking it to another level.

Jersey and MW make a nice deflection but it doesn't explain any of the lies, distortion, poly fails and refusal to cooperate with the police on the part of the parents go away. In fact, it pails by comparison.

Cadaver dog hit strongly suggests Lisa died within the residence.

And how part of the search warrant was worded also suggests that the detectives at the time thought so too.

I agree. I have thought the only way I can make Jersey fit in all of this is if he and DB were having an affair and she really trusted him. I just don't find that plausible though.

OR, if Jersey were the father and Jermey had demanded a test..

Like I said. . .I don't find it plausible. So I don't think Jersey had anything to do with this.

So your saying that Jeremy believed he may not be Lisa's real father and wanted a DNA test. Jersey's the real father and finds out about this around the same time. Jersey then kidnaps Lisa and gets rid of her in some manner. Or, maybe I'm reading too much into your post.

Just throwing it out there. Anything is possible.

Ron Rugen posted on fb that Megan Wright still doesn't have her phone back from the FBI. Wow, I thought she said she got it back.

  • #151
There is a whole thread on the Baby Lisa Irwip updates where Ron Rugen is posting Megan Wright's IM responses to people's questions on there.

IIRC she first gave it to the KCPD and they gave it back to her but later FBI wanted it too.

Just from memory, I could be wrong.

Ask for a link and you shall get it madam :)

My guess is assessment report is presentencing report.

KCTV5 was only news outlet in court today. Here's what you care about.

1) He is getting a reduced sentence in exchange for his plea deal (aka cooperation) make out of it what you will. The story has what was said in court re that.

2) Got fresh quote from Steve Young today about Tanko and baby Lisa disappearance

http://www.kctv5.com/story/16662369/tanko-pleads-guilty

The man who was once under a cloud of suspicion in connection with the disappearance of baby Lisa Irwin pleaded guilty Thursday morning to an unrelated felony.

John "Jersey" Tanko pleaded guilty to a Class C felony. Tanko admitted to tampering with a motor vehicle on Oct. 13.

From DeAnn's link:

As a repeat offender, Tanko could have faced up to 15 years in prison if prosecutors had sought to declare him a persistent offender. But prosecutors told Clay County Judge Larry Dale Harman that in exchange for Tanko's guilty plea that they will not seek that designation, effectively cutting the maximum sentence in half.

Do you think they would have sought the maximum sentence and attempted to get him off the streets for as long as they could if they thought he was a serious suspect in Lisa's case? Did he have some information to trade for a more lenient charge? Were they just routinely saving taxpayer money so they don't have to go to a trial and house him for 15 years?

Looked but prior threads that talked about Dane are closed so this is best one I could find to put it in. I know other threads today have referenced Dane Greathouse's arrest.

This story has a few more details about what he's alleged to have done.

He ran into woods near the apartment complex before he was arrested a couple hours later on the apartment grounds.

The victim is not, by all other accounts, in serious condition, he's in stable condition. Thanks for the update on the rest of the story...what a messed up family.

looks to me like about the same amount of crime after Jersey was arrested. Lots of theft and I wonder what the bulk of these thefts that are reported are??? Just stuff in outside storage units or just stuff lying around.

I live in an area where nothing is ever stolen, you can sleep with the doors unlocked so I don't know if this area is one where you can't leave a thing out in the open or not.

That being said, going from stealing simple stuff to hock for some simple dough vs kidnapping a live baby .. breathing, squirming, crying, pooping, etc etc etc. Would be a stretch

There are grave, critical, serious, good and fair conditions. Generally when stable is used it's used as "serious but stable" condition.

His bowels were sliced open according to the probable cause statement.

This story says serious: http://www.kmbc.com/news/30490422/detail.html

This says critical: http://www.kshb.com/dpp/news/crime/man-hospitalized-after-northland-stabbing

I can't find an article on the Kansas City Star's website.

This is only article that I can find that says fair: http://fox4kc.com/2012/02/19/man-related-to-baby-lisa-case-arrested-for-unrelated-stabbing/

So rather than all other accounts, I can only find a single one but maybe I overlooked one. Odd that I can't find a story on the Star's website.
