I feel sorry for JA.

Everyday of her life she wakes up and she is JA.

She is never happy and never will be. She has schemes and dreams and they never come to fruition.

Everyone disappoints and makes her miserable.

She has to live in a world where she is the best, the smartest, the most desirable.

She has had a set back. Kind of a big one in that she has had to sit in jail.

But hey, she gets to tell her story to the world. Finally, everyone will see how amazing she is. All eyes are on her. Yippee!

I do wonder why TA was the one who she tried to annihilate.

It seems out of pattern totally that she did not have another one in the wings. And I do not mean Ryan B.

She was in California since April, so I wonder if some scheme she had going did not fall through. It does not make sense that TA was the only one . She has done this too many times .

IMO her former boyfriends really offered her nothing. Once she got what she needed/wanted she moved on to the next. Travis had everything she wanted. He said NO as far as a future. Nobody says NO to Jodi Arias. If she couldn't have him nobody would. MOO

But Travis was the only one that broke up with her. Jodi wasn't done with him yet. The other exs were dumped by Jodi when she had the next soon to be ex in the wings. Travis screwed up her plan and had the nerve to let her know that she was not good enough for him to continue dating, much less marry.

In some Muslim countries, a raped woman can still be punished by death for inciting lust in her rapist.

But even Western history has the same mindset. I want to say until recently but it appears it is ongoing. .

Where in history have men all been considered bad and all women good?

Ok, I'm back from my post lunch nap. Can someone give a quick synopsis of what happened? I hear they got to Travis. Did they delve into what he did that made her "defend" herself?

I wouldn't worry too much about the jury right now. On cross I think the PA will pull out each photon and ask her what happened after each one. Then We'll see the water works flowing. JMO

Oh My that was Debby from NY and she was delusional, saying that Jodi's testimony was mesmerizing and that the prosecutor was mean, etc. I thought for sure it was Jodi's mom calling from the way she praised Jodi and criticized the prosecution. i guess this woman didn't see the graphic photos of what sweet little demure Jodi did.

I don't know that Jodi and Travis really did all that much under Chris and Skye's roof. I think she is just embellishing that as a dig at them to contaminate their house and to make them be mad at Travis for supposedly doing those deeds under their roof.

I never underestimate Jodi and her ability to try and lie to suit her twisted needs whether it is to smear Travis, hurt the people who loved him and make herself look like a poor innocent victim.

I am not nor ever have been a Mormon, but I'm pretty sure that the proper name of that Mormon document is, "Word of Wisdom." ("Word" is singular)

(This is not directed at you at all, traveler -- you quoted her correctly; I just started thinking about how I have heard Mormons refer to it.)

I think the married guy she was in the car with for 2 hours who wanted to leave his wife afterwards was Backup Plan B. Wonder if they were in the park...hummmmmmmm????

This is probably the greatest evidence we have of her being a psychopath though in my opinion.

She would have purposely portrayed herself as being whatever would appeal to Travis and his friends. But even the greatest of psychopaths cannot fool all others all the time. I think it's instinctual for us to revile psychopaths when we meet them - the trouble is when we talk ourselves out of that gut reaction. The phrase too good to be true has never been more fitting ime.

I'm waiting to hear just what Sky has to say that made her think JA was a psychopath besides kissing on TA's ear in public. There had to be more than that and being clingy to come to that conclusion.

Thursday will be televised it is the evidentiary hearing, just no trial. It is at 10:30. Then Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of the next week.

Evidentiary hearings were scheduled for the 6th and 13 path. The 6th is tomorrow, Wednesday and then next Wednesday, the 13th.

There's much more to it. It's despicable what your talking about for sure.

But men and women are biologically different. There aren't tons of strip clubs chock full of men for straight women. Women hire strippers for bachelorette parties, birthdays etc. women arent shelling out 100's dollars a month on lap dances.

OCB - you are always the calm voice of reason, and I agree. This prosecutor is going to rip her apart. It won't matter one iota how much Nurmi goes on, and on, and on, and on. I believe the jurors will be left with a lasting impression from JM's direct and pointed questions. I strongly believe we will NOT see another Pinellas County verdict here.

Jodi Arias should never ever be on our side of the cage again. Whether she gets the DP or not isn't the most important thing to me. The fact that she won't be able to hurt another person on the other side of that cage ever again, does. She'll probably thrive in prison, no doubt, but her leash will be short. And that will be just fine with me. JMOO. :jail:

Nurmi is trying to drag this out as long as he can. He is hoping he can keep her talking so Juan wont get his chance to cross examine her this week. He wants the phone sex ringing in their ears all weekend.

Well I do hope she gets death because the truth is she deserves death. I know its wishful thinking but I want them to look at the evidence of premeditation and the cruelty of the crime and judge her based on that solely instead of her gender. But I am painfully aware that may not come to pass and I will have to be satisfied with whatever the jury decides.

I also agree with you.......this is not going to be another Pinellas jury. These jurors are asking very good intelligent questions. They are critical thinkers and that is what it takes to cut through the drama-rama and focus solely on the evidence that shows nothing but guilty in the first degree.

It's reported that she was in a car with a married man for 2 hours. Wanted to leave his wife so I don't think he was giving her some words of wisdom. jmo
