She totally did LOL

She's cute though, and well spoken, and I could see her doing this as her "thing"

I think I have found my equivalent to the ladies Mark Eiglarsh

I said this to Beth last night "everyone loves Beth Karas...you are the most uncontroversial reporter on these trials because there's never any dissension...everyone appreciates your reporting across the board".

She told me she's worked for them now for 19 years!!! Plucked up from prosecuting gangsters in NYC.

sounds like katie better be careful :)

I mostly lurk, have been around since Lacy and Connor and first met Katiecoolady ages ago during the Greineder case. Katie, you did so well on Dr. Drew! I hope you do get to go back on or have another forum to discuss victim's rights.

It makes me so angry and sad that Travis and his family are being victimized all over again in this trial. She stabbed him 28 times, slit his throat and shot him in the head! This is in no way a self defense case and I think our system should not allow the murderer and her team to imply that it is. It was rage pure rage. A rage that had built and built too, not just a crime of passion. She planned ahead, staged a fake robbery, died her hair, borrowed gas canisters, shut off her phone and then terrorized Travis to death. I am haunted by the fact that he knew what was happening and the pain he was in.

I understand that Travis was not a saint and that he most likely at one point or another sent mixed signals in this unhealthy relationship. So what? I believe from everything that i have read about him had he lived, he would have learned from his mistakes.

I have read with interest the posts from others objecting to the name calling or "🤬🤬🤬🤬 shaming" of the murderer. In so many other cases, I would agree with them but I see this killer in a different light. Since a young age, she has used her sexuality as a means to an end and to manipulate men, to further her agenda and to get her own way. Travis was not allowing her to have her own way and so sex gave way to extreme violence. She is the worst of the worst. She stalked, terrorized and slaughtered her prey and should not be able to hide behind her hair, soft voice, lies and made up defenses. She in no way was abused or sexually assaulted. She is the abuser and the user.

I cannot wait until Juan dismantles her. I cannot wait until the jury finds her guilty and sends her to her punishment, the small measure of justice we can offer Travis and his family here on earth. I won't think of her any more then.

I thank you all for sharing your thoughts and stories. My prayers are with Travis' family and friends,

I observed this before and am seeing it again now. Jodi's head is way disproportionately sized to her body. You see it more when she's standing. She does have kind of a horse head in terms of size. I guess I'm just wanting to say something negative about her because this testimony is making me ill.

Good for you! It must get old reading page after page of ladies drooling over Mark... Arm wrestling for him ... Etc.

So he's receiving oral sex in one parked car while the dog sits in another parked car with the a/c running? Every car I've ever owned, the air conditioner doesn't work unless the engine is running. Something is wrong with this story, or am I wrong?

IMO what's wrong with the story is the whole darn thing is made up. With Travis, anyway, at that specific time. I tend to think she has been in that position before, or wouldn't have thought of the mirror thing.

Victor, Bobby, Matt, Darrell, or probably many others that we haven't hear of yet.

No. Not even close. It was more like, "Hokay, how did you meet Travis?" "Well, my freidn Michelle and I and this other gal named...went to eat at the Rainforest cafe, which is like, adjacent to the hotel so it's really walking distance, and so we were eating there, actually we had just gotten done eating, well, we had just p[aid our bill, and we were standing in the entrance of Rainforest cafe and there is this fountain there and we were kind of standing around it, trying to figure out what to do and it was getting kind of cold and Michelle didn;t have a sewater, but I had a cashmere one in blue and so I didn;t mkind standing there, but we were deciding what to do next and everyone had different ideas, Michelle wanted to.....Then, as we were standing by this really neat fountain, I turned to my left, or actually, it was north, north east, kind of pointing towards where the car would be if we had one and had parked one in the parking lot which is south, south west of the Rainforest case and east of the hotel we were stating at..."

Respectfully snipped. :laughcry:

OMG you guys...are hilarious! She looks exactly like a young Sharon Stone...exactly. She's definitely got the looks and poise for TV. She is very interested in this trial. Yet...she's coming with her promotional materials in her purse. People ask me for a card and I"m writing my name down on a gum wrapper from the bottom of my purse. ::rollingmyeyes::

LOL Perhaps she might be better at say A Weather Gal? lol

@gitana1

What are the charges against Jodi and could she actually walk free if the jury buys what she's trying to sell on SD?

I'm reading that she could and need clarification please.

I'm not sure why the prosecution is taking the stance that she stabbed him before shooting - maybe that makes the DP more probable if the jury concludes guilty?

Otherwise, its seems quite obvious that she tried to shoot him, he didn't die, she shot, the gun jammed and then she went bat-chit with the knife while he tried to get away into the bedroom.

Either sequence of events meets the legal standard for the aggravating factor the State is using. The judge has confirmed this upon rulings for JOA and mistrial motions.

However, the very human element of a jury voting to sentence a person to death may well require the State to go above and beyond the legal standard. It suits the State if Travis' murder was the most brutal, bloody, violent possible allowing for no chance of him being unconscious at any point.

In the same vein it suits the defense to cause the jury to doubt such a sequence the prosecutor has put forth and infer that Travis was likely unconscious and therefore could not feel pain, fear, or their impending demise the same way a conscious person would.

She's built like my sister in law... It's like someone stretched her body... Kinda giraffe like and left her head alone making appear too big & heavy to hold up on that neck

Dr. Drew just stated that he has a great bs meter.:floorlaugh: He believes that Jodi is telling the truth.

I know. My German Shepherd trotted into the room to see why I was laughing so hard. :wolf2:

Yup, Drew has a great BS meter. He is 'on the fence' about Casey Anthony, and thinks Jodi Arias is a victim. :pullhair:

Not to worry. All this testimony and positioning will fade away. In 20 years Jodi will still be sitting in a jail cell. NONE of her dreams will ever come true. She'll never have anything more than a prison 'gal pal' and maybe some pen pals. She'll never have a family. She has no life to speak of. It's all very exciting while she gets to pretend she's a victim, but this trial will end, people will go back to their daily routines, new cases will be talked about, and Jodi will be nothing but a footnote in history, fading further and further away each year.

Well...Now that you mention it...I was completely taken aback by that wrinkled "little house on the prairie" pale blue number she wore today that totally disguised her somewhat large purchased pair...

Not a grooving look.
