I think it's when she showed up unannounced at 3:00 a.m. for the first time, and the roommate saw them together -- so Travis had to come up with an "official" title for Jodi.

I wonder if Jodi has a prescription for those glasses, or if they are purely cosmetic. I do not see any distortion that you see in people with prescription glasses, versus props used in television and movies where the glasses have no prescription -- just glass.

A restraining order stops very few stalkers and abusive personalities in my opinion. If someone's primary motivation is to either have you or destroy you a piece of paper and the threat of a few days lockup isn't going to matter. (And very often the latter doesn't happen as it should.)

That would also assume the judge believed he had grounds to seek a restraining order. For victims of psychological abuse these can be much more difficult to obtain than those in physically violent relationships.

Further the woman who killed him was a thousand miles away. I'm 4000 from my ex and he's usually the furthest thing from my mind. (Unless I'm here. For some reason this place always brings him right back. )
