I think so no court Thurs. or Fri. so I think he's trying to time it so the night of the killing is talked about or something shocking and the jury is left with that on their mind for four days.

Hi, SindyDee. My guess is that the defense is being prolonged to break up the prosecution cross-examination. They want Jodi to get a short preview tomorrow and then a long weekend to mull over strategies. But that's a guess.

Me too. I had a VERY similar experience as she describes when I was 19, and the man in that instance always called what we did "hanging out." He was older, and he probably did take advantage, but I didn't kill him.
