Wow! Thanks for those pics. Something is up. There has not been a single moment in this trial where this woman has shown anything even remotely resembling a real emotion. I am so glad for these photos. This is what someone would look like who had real regret and remorse when confronted with a horrific picture of the grisly and heinous murder they committed.

She had not a single drop of regret, remorse, bad feeling, or shame. Whatever is coming next is huge, and it's pouring out of her face right now.

ITA with most posters who stated the tapes were already argued over previously and will be entered into trial, the media already has the transcripts..

IMO JA only cries for herself.. could it be a 'delay tactic' because JA must be calm and collected enough Before she gets on that stand?

We already saw how the defense atty led her into tears on 'cue' showing the 'happy' photo's of her and TA... just a thought

A plea deal can be entered at any time during a trial. But, I agree that JM is unlikely to accept any deal. However, it is possible that her attorneys were discussing making an offer to the state with her.



The case is not being tried in CA so CA law would not control.



The judge knows she is lying through her teeth and it is highly unlikely she would be discussing perjury with her.



She sure does. I can imagine what a tyrant she was as a child to her family. This is what her parents had to deal with.

Speaking of, maybe she doesn't want to testify today with her family there?

I don't know why she wouldn't accept a plea deal - she's already gone to the table with one plea deal already two years ago. When the state rejected her, that's when she whipped out version #3 of self defense and tried to submit the forged letters. So it seems to me she may at least entertain the options.

But I see what you are saying - it is the State who has to agree.
