I think this is a big ploy by the defense- they do NOT want to have the cross examination to begin before the long Presidents Day weekend. They just needed a few extra hours.

AND ...................... the pros got hold of the puters she used when she sat next to that guy ......................

AND, ...................... the pros is going to recall that one witness that was on Dr. Drew, by phone last night, that said she's lying about some of what she said yesterday and he could prove it. It involved him, in some way. He was the ex b/f.

I cannot just believe that this is based on the behavior of Travis' family. Why would they be cautioned when HER family is allowed to snicker, grin, chat, slug red bulls, come and go the the bathroom, and just generally have a party during court????????

The dates she had with John Dickson changed in her testimony yesterday. I believe she said she saw him in the Fall, but had already testified it was January when Travis told her to start dating other people.

That sounds plausible to me. She's too arrogant to plea. She must think the jury is lapping up her testimony. Whatever her tears are about, they're strictly pertaining to her and her image and advancing what's permitted as evidence. I'm thinking maybe she and her lawyers are in disagreement over how much to admit as evidence -- they realize they need to show the entire picture and she doesn't want her dirty involvement played.

ITA. I believe Jodi's a psychopath (just in case anyone missed any of my 1,297,325.7 posts saying that). As such she fully believes she is superior in intellect to Juan and further feels justified in her killing of Travis. She also is more than likely convinced she can wrap the jury around her little finger with her poor, pitiful me act. She's just so textbook.

Ain't no way she's gonna plea.

Probably not the issue, as defense teams can never exhaust the endless supply of 'professional experts' willing to assist them provide, of course, that the price is right.

Do we really have to talk about the Arias family? I find it a bit unnecessary. Except for the mom (who allegedly sold tapes/letters, etc) the rest of them I would just let them be -- some comments are a bit over the top. The dad is freaking dying of cancer guys. Let's all be classy about this, just like the Alexander family has. Just my .02

What could they possibly say about Travis' family reactions?? They have showed little to no recation, certainly less than I could possibly imagine doing myself if it were MY brother! They have been stoic, and the picture of class. I don't see how that could be the problem?

It appears #JodiArias judge may have heard concerns about Travis' family reacting in court. After judge called recess they were taken aside


(bet it was a motion for mistrial based on that ^^^ and further bet it was one of Jodi's family that complained)

this is what I think too, and will not be surprised if she wants to review the recordings from yesterday.

Remember a few weeks ago and the judge had to say something about showing no emotion from the spectators. I can't remember what prompted that though??? does anyone remember this?

She has to be crying for herself - it is the only thing she actually cares about (IMO)

I am betting that she is upset that she has to sit up on the witness stnad while they play the sex tape and she is complaining that TA's family will be looking right at her. Maybe that is why the Juan came out to tell them not to react/make any faces. JA probably complained.
