This is going to frustrate me.

If that's her, wow Jodie. IMO, this lady was believable that it was strictly a platonic relationship with Travis. If that's correct, I wonder if she was surprised to hear she was thrown under that bus by Jodie yesterday, claiming Travis had used lube with her.

Well, I guess Juanderful could call her to testify, if he felt it was important enough in the big picture.

IMO, this was made up in Jodie's mind...ya know, the girl who can't imagine a non-sexual relationship with a male.

I dont know if this has been talked about yet... I saw last night people posting about Ester (Esther) - I was watching JVM last week and there was a woman on her show named Ester who lived with Travis in 2005, she was down on her luck and he took her in. She said staying with him a "few days" turned into 30 days. She didnt allude to anything between her and TA, just that they were close and like BFF's - i will see if I can find a face for you guys...

Also - I believe that we will hear of the day today - Ive heard rumors on twitter that JM gets her tomorrow.... lease:

I'm not sure she planned the murder before this tape.

He said some nice, sweet things to her. I think that she may have thought she really had a chance at that point, she was his sexual goddess, she was the reason he masturbated several times a day.....she thought the sex had finally done it.

Then she read that blog post about marrying a Gold-Digger...... that had to have been the thing that pushed her over the edge, IMO. To find out once and for all that she was the screwing kind, not the marrying kind...that did it.

And when she found out that he was taking someone else to Cancun she was determined to be the last woman he ever had sex with. So she made that happen.

IMO, Travis and JA had sex the day of the murder.
On the sex call...they talk about sex and nude pics....that was their 'thing's.

On the day of the murder we have...nude pics....KY jelly....timer set on camera.....pigtails....(everything discussed on this tape)

Which......to my mind......just goes even more to premeditation, not self defense.

Question - if you know....how can anyone be forced to do a job? Isn't Nurmi a private attorney, how can he be forced to defend Arias? Just curious, as I sit here and think about it I would hate to be in a position where I don't want to do the job, don't believe in the job I'm doing, and be expected to perform that job to the best of my ability.

Once he starts to defend her, the Court can make him stay on the case if allowing him to withdraw would prejudice Jodi's ability to be adequately represented at trial, especially if he is receiving sufficient compensation. In other words, if another attorney couldn't be expected to come up to speed in time to do it -- along with other reasons that are within the Court's discretion. I imagine it's especially hard to get off a capital case once you've been lead counsel for the defendant for a significant period of time and the trial date is approaching. Once the trial date is near, it would be next to impossible, imo, if not completely impossible.

Canon cameras capture self-timer settings in EXIF data. There was no mention of the use of a timer when the photos were brought into evidence. It appears the self-timer setting was Off.
