I think she is going to go bigtime with the suicide scenario. She has already set it up a few times. JMO

But I am not sure if she can sell that. Why would she be taking photos of him if she intended to kill herself that night?

Oh I'm sure she and her sidekick Nurmi can weave that in to something that makes perfect sense...to them.

Jodi is trying to present herself as a Savior of the World against the abusing pedophile. It was her special mission even if she's burned at the stake for it.

I really think the world needs to be saved from Jodi Arias!:floorlaugh:

Wow meow...I agree. From not kissing her after their car encounter, to not being "emotionally present" for hotel sex. For every time he didn't "claim her" by grabbing her butt, for the "🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬" remark and for every time he "used" her for sex while intending to find a "nice" Morman girl to marry...that's why Travis had to die that kind of painful, personal death. He died because Jodi answered the question her lawyer keeps asking her these past few days, "How did that make you FEEL, Jodi?"

ITA. And I have rather unpopularly stated before that I GET how a woman would feel hurt, angry and maybe even violent or a bit out of her head and thinking irrationally. I really can feel some sympathy for the way Travis treated Jodi. I know either of them could have, SHOULD have walked away and ended things if they were so bad. But for whatever reason, they both continued.

But lots of people are made angry, or are in toxic relationships, or have some jack wagon cut in line at the A&P, FGS, but they don't COMMIT MURDER.

There is a breakdown somewhere when a person cannot experience pain or anger without having to exact some violent "revenge".

And IMO a person who can't control those emotions is a person who doesn't need to be walking around free. I don't give legitimate child abuse victims a pass, in my book, to abuse other children and I don't give a pass to Jodi just because her relationship with Travis was unsatisfying or insulting. Ugh.

Thats their problem. I am sure they think this tag teaming all 6 days has made sense to them even though it hasnt made a bit of sense to most of us.:floorlaugh:

Ok just a dumb question. Regarding her "spideys". She testified that she couldn't fit her legs through the small "boys" leg holes but it fit in the butt area. A. How could she even pull them up to her "butt" if she couldn't get the legs pulled up.

B. How was she fitting in these under the "schoolgirl" outfit she testified about if her legs didn't fit through the holes?

Did she address this lie?

She said she cut the leg holes

All I can say is they better not be cutting back on one second of Juan Martinez cross OR his closing.

No kidding!

Here is Christie's tweet regarding the trial:

There was evidence early on that they tip of the knife was broken off. Perhaps embeded in his skull or something? Its all vague but I remember something to that effect.

Also wouldn't the roommates notice a knife missing? I just assume she had some kind of hunting knife in her purse that she used to slash the tires as well.

I thought maybe left over from her waitressing days

Did they state the date of this email? I didn't catch it if they did.

The shot in the head was unnecessary .. I think that was like putting an exclamation point to what she had just done. It shows how much she 'meant' it.

  • #430
Yes and she drove and drove right over to Ryan's house and when she woke up she was grinding against him.

Anyone who has actually been in such a horrific situation where they had to use deadly force to defend themselves against domestic violence would NEVER immediately run into another man's arms......or bed.

She said she cut the leg holes

She should have tried them on first, before SHE bought them.

(If they ever existed in the first place.)

IIRC, she claimed she cut the leg openings.

I really dont think this has a thing to do with anger, emotions and certainly not love. Sociopaths dont love ..........they do however believe they are entitled to have ownership of the ones they want.

That is why she sits there emotionless....she still feels she was entitled to kill him because he dared to tell her it was over even though she kept coming back like a bad penny.

If she couldnt own him she would see to it that no one would. No one ignores a sociopath and gets away with it. If anyone is discarded the socio is the one who decides who stays and goes and when that entitlement is ripped away from them there will be hell to pay for the victim wanting out.

I do not think Travis would have done that because a few weeks before he expressed to his friends that if he did not show up at church he would probably be dead. He had concerns, real concerns and that just would not be believable. Also why would she need to report the gun was stolen???? Defense will never get past what she was doing 48 hours prior to the crime. She's locked into it. Each day she is on the stand and testifying I can see JM's list of rebuttal witnesses getting longer and longer. I would not want to face JM. Jodi is no match for him. jmo

I was anticipating what kind of poppycock explanation they would have for the murder that places all of the blame on Travis---and I do believe she would say Travis "forced" her to steal the gun and report it stolen.

One thing we can all bet on--The lies will be even more outrageous than the one's we've heard and EVERYTHING will be blamed on Travis.

IIRC, she claimed she cut the leg openings.

But she said it fit her in the butt.

I did notice in the gosh awful up close photo of her stuff that she has very large thighs.

The domestic violence thing I just don't get. She was not living with him, they are NOT a couple.

She has a new boyfriend in Utah that doesn't not practice finger bending and she was on the way there.

What abused woman, that has moved on and is happily traveling to see the new wonderful many in her life, detours in 110 Arizona Summer, to surprise her abuser..

WOOHOO i'm here! Front door? Travis? Helllo? You in here? Oh god, don't make me use the dog door again, I bent my finger last time? Travis? honey? Knock Knock guess who?

What is surprising, however, is the way she still appears to cling to Travis even after murdering him, I would expect the knife would be some sort of treasured memento of the crime. I do believe she brought the knife with her, it was the same one she slashed his tires with, and it was NOT discarded in the desert with the gun, floor mats and/or her clothing.

Ok...just read the Flores interview, and is it just me?? Put simply, I think Jodi killed Travis because she was p*ssed off that he was leaving the next day to go to Cancun with another woman. That kinda crazy doesn't need much more to lose it.
I hope and pray that the jury sees right through all the bull cr*p the DT has been dishing.
G-d bless, Travis. This girl needs to be put away for life...either her own...or for her remaining days here on earth.

There was a mark or chip in the skull from a knife. But I don't think there was a fragment - surely they would have removed and analyzed it if there had been (??).

I don't know whether the roommates would notice or not. Depends on how much they used the kitchen or Travis's things and how long they'd lived there and whether the knife was actually a kitchen knife and whether the knives in the dishwasher were ruled out (since they weren't missing). Frankly, I couldn't tell you for sure whether there was a knife missing from my own kitchen unless it's a particular one that I use all the time or is unique in some way. And I don't even have roommates, so all the knives are mine. Plus, he may have had a non-kitchen knife somewhere unbeknownst to anyone, including the roommates

Just far, far too speculative to me to say that she definitely brought a knife with her. jmo

For some reason I can't get the court minutes to open right now, but I remember either hearing or reading that the DT was trying to get "duty to flee" (incorrect term?) thrown out.
Along with first degree.
Along with the term "victim".
Along with sealing the evidence on Jodi's computer.
ect, ect, ect.
They are desperate, and it shows.

They also wanted to get the entire Mesa prosecution off of this case.:floorlaugh:

What they really want is to desperately get Juan Martinez off this case because Nurmi knows once he crosses Arias it is all over but the shouting.
