Why does Jodi's defense attorney have his fingers constantly playing with his nose and mouth. I have been watching since the prosecution has been questioning Jodi. A times he puts his finger up his nose then over to his ear. It seems gross unless it's a sign I am not aware of.

Jennifer Willmott raises her finger too as a cue. The prosecution is aware.

I've been on the edge of my seat. You never know what is going to come out of her mouth next.

Right. And the minute Jodi's DT gets him on cross, he will be sure to ask Dave how he can be certain that Travis didn't own a gun, and make sure we all know that Travis wasn't always so forthcoming about things with his friends. I can hear it now, "How do you know Travis didn't have a gun, Mr. Hall? ...Did he tell you he was having sex with Ms Arias?" gah!

that's not a very good argument. TA had a reason for keeping his sex life with JA a secret. he would have no reason whatsoever to lie about having a gun to the guy he goes out and shoots guns with. none.

There are nor facts that he did besides "hearsay".

Im not going to take up my time arguing with you. I have watched the trial from day one and yes there are facts admitted that came from the witness stand. Everything that comes from the witness stand can be considered by the jury.

The jury will get it.

Premeditated.

Go get 'er Juan.........she is a lying 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬.

IMO

OK, I will play along. Travis owned a gun. Where is the box of ammo?:what:

Ooh! Can I add on to that? Why don't crime scene photos support her story about the gun? She claims she ran into the closet knowing exactly where he kept "his" gun, yet there's no step stool which she would NEED to reach it. The closet is perfectly neat, nothing disturbed so apparently she levitated up and removed the gun without messing anything up.

Yes, that all makes sense that HE had the gun and SHE didn't bring the same gun that was stolen days before at her grandparent's house. Right. Right.

Bringing over from last thread:

My husband died at home after a long illness. Yes, I can be very hard to tell if someone is really dead. For one thing, your own heart is beating so hard you are shaking. Did he take a breath? Am I imagining it? It was very hard.

On the other hand, JA slit his throat. Hard to keep breathing after that.

My mother passed very unexpectedly in her sleep. I went up to wake her up at 5:30 a.m., she said she was getting up, she didn't get up by 6:30 (highly unusual), I went up to wake her up again and she had passed. She didn't answer my screams, I raced over to her and knew immediately that she had passed, though she was still warm. I suppose it really depends of the person that is experiencing it at the time.

Worst. Day. Ever. of My. Entire. Life.

I miss her every single moment of every single day and she's been gone for 3 years.

Last night I had a crazy dream,
A wish was granted just for me
It could be for anything
I didn't ask for money
or a mansion in Malibu
I simply wished for one more day with you....

One more day,
One more time,
One more sunset maybe I'd be satisfied,
But then again, I know what it would do,
Leaving me wishing still for one more day with you

Can't continue the song...too sad.

Sorry about OT

Again, from a juror's perspective... did Travis own a gun or no? Just because one of his "friends" will testify he didn't, doesn't mean he didn't.

The sad thing is Travis is not here to confirm this.

Friends in quotations.. is there any reason to think David Hall was not a friend of TAs?
*Apparently no one knew about this gun besides JA, a pathological liar, who originally said TA did NOT have a gun and if he did have a gun, she would know.
*A .25 caliber is from my understanding a pretty lame gun, not one that a gun enthusiast would have as their sole gun. He didn't have any ammo in the home and she didn't report it was in a container or anything.. or having to undo a safety or load it.. Who keeps a loaded gun sitting on a shelf with the safety off? Especially someone who has knowledge of how to use a gun (as the video is apparently going to show)!
*Conveniently, a week or so earlier JA's grandparents home (the same home JA lives in) was burgled, and the gun was stolen, never recovered, no arrests ever made.
She is completely unbelievable. Nothing about TA having a gun conveniently loaded in his closet makes any sense.
MOO. :moo::moo::moo:

It was already loaded.

So...you're saying with the gun that Travis supposedly owned he only kept enough bullets to keep it loaded and didn't have extra? :floorlaugh:

OK, I will play along. Travis owned a gun. Where is the box of ammo?:what:

Where's his application for a gun licence (or aren't they required in AZ) .. Travis was definitely someone who would have obtained it legally if he had.

How do I bring over a post from the last thread???

There are nor facts that he did besides "hearsay".

there will not be one soul, other than the lying piece of work on the stand right now, who will testify that TA owned a gun. pretty sure about that.

I know that it is usually crap coming out of her mouth.
