She seems to be cycling through tears, snotty nose, and then miraculously is 100% fine...then back to tears and snotty nose. Not sure what is up with her. Do not think she is sick. If she is she has been cured several times over already this morning and then relapsed just as quickly.

She's sick...just not the physical kind of sick.

what do you all make of the defense atty that practices in AZ (sometimes against JM) saying that Juan M "attack dog" questioning could be his own liability. Claiming that JM does not know when to stop and jurors do not like it??

If I am on the jury, I am extremely tired of Jodi and have started tuning out her testimony. She is such a twisted little brat who couldn't get her way and liked slaughtering a man. So if JM rips her every moment, I think the jury, every single man and woman, will be enthused and happy to see it!

I am surprised the court allows text messages. Can you really prove the person that sent the text message? Does not seem valid to me. What do I know?? Not much.
