Why does Juan object to the text messages being entered into evidence? I know he says "hearsay," but what does he mean by that, in regard to the messages?
most likely jurisprudence but ianal

I'm glad you asked. I dont quite understand all this either. Can someone explain why. tia

I believe once entered into evidence, they can view them all in deliberations.

Can they re-listen to the sex tape? The more I've heard it, the more disgusting and manipulative that woman is, I hope they can listen (if they want) and not jsut read transcripts?

shaking and fear??? aaaccckkk!

(just wait until JM gets ahold of you Ms. Arias)

"You still felt afraid 1,000 miles away?" "I did." Dang Nurmi you're doing Juan's job for him.

I think the words "feel", as in "How did that make you feel", "did that hurt your feelings" and then the word AAAAANNNNNNNNNNNNDD - have been in the trial more than any other words.....

I wonder how Travis FELT when you were stabbing him and slit his throat...... :furious:

I'm just curious, is there anyone here reading this that at any point sees ANYTHING that shows that she was in fear of this man? Anyone?
C;mon!

Yes, I believe that they can. They will have access to all evidence.

Without seeing the messages, it's hard to say exactly, but most likely Travis makes some statements of fact in the messages and JM is concerned that the defense is trying to use the messages to prove that those facts are true.

JA: "It made me feel good".

KN: "And it was preferable to the alternative?"

Obvious thought that probably leapt into many heads just now: "Yeah, feeling good is usually preferable to feeling bad... this has to do with why you killed Travis - how?"

You remember every night very well if it suits your purposes .. oh yay we are going to hear it when Travis finally tells her to frack off.
