LOL, maybe showing their total disdain for this witness?
Maybe they were seen rolling their eyes like all of us have been doing today.:floorlaugh:

I bet even Nurmi is glad this part is over, kind of hard to keep a straight face, now he can sit back & watch the evisceration, just has to come up w/ closing, but I don't think anything could save her now...
The one thing I walk away from direct with is this: Nurmi has apparently done little research on effective questioning of psychopathic defendants and tailoring questions specifically to their disorder. Which is brilliant for our Juanderful prosecutor.
There were many times he was forced to compose himself and 'cover' her testimony; lead her to answers that would be consistent for her defense; allowed her to unwittingly undermine her defense; allowed far too much lenience in narrative, etc. Too many for me to believe he's done anything in way of psychological preparation. JMO
LOL, that is so funny. I've been suppose to have come in to order contact lens and glasses following an eye exam I had on a Friday (doncha know?) Haven't yet.
I cannot get this song out of my head now: Like a record baby
You spin me right round (like a record baby) lyrics - YouTube
How many times did she purposely forget things at Travis's? Just an excuse for her to keep coming back without being invited! Just show up unannounced!
if i were on that jury i would want jm to get answers. i would think that the jury is scratching their heads tonight. she did not give them any information about the killing that would make her seem in danger. she claims she can not remember details about killing him. i think the jury will be leaning on jm to get answers. jmo
Oh I hope your right. How is the jury reacting to all the crap JA is stating?
I'm still trying to figure out how he lunged at her :waitasec: ... he was dripping wet and on a tile floor ... doesn't seem like he would have been able to get enough traction to lunge at her without slipping and falling down before he could reach her.He lunged at her... Yet he was lower than her when shot and he head was atleast two feet away from the muzzle.
I can't recall exactly what Darryl testified to regarding JA's creepy photo taking... I know he said she took pictures of him sleeping. Didn't he also say she took pictures of him in the shower (unbeknownst to him)?
lol....remember, "Leroy!! You give me those shoes!!"....lesson here. Using a wooden spoon to beat a daughter or not makes NO difference. Rhoda and Jodi are 2 perfect examples. And Casey A. All bad, horrible seeds! :furious:

In anticipation of a PTSD expert being called by the defense to defend dear JA, I'm compelled to say this- Of all the people I've worked with who experienced blackouts or memory loss to traumatic events, it has been traumatic events that happened to them that the mind protects them from, not trauma they inflicted on others. It's also been my experience that with PTSD, people can't get the trauma they've witnessed, caused or experienced out of their minds causing them to relive the trauma daily. They wish it could be blacked out so they can experience a moments peace.
Had to get that off my mind before I blow a gasket over this defense.
Don't forget the incriminating ROPES that she threw in the dumpster! Can lies get any more obvious?
