He is brilliant! He has shown her true character in this small amount of time. She is no abuse victim, so is no shrinking violet. She is a strong combative woman who will not let any man pull anything over on her.

I don't believe Juan will succeed in getting under Jodi's skin today.

Her sociopathy is on full display.

She's become more comfortable on the stand as the day has progressed.

I don't think it matters if he gets under her skin. He just showed the jury she lied about the little boy incident. woohooo!

I am really interested in what Katie will have to say about how all this played out in the courtroom & how the jury was reacting to JAs verbally disecting questions to finite details...

Sociopath on parade..

Just imagine what an amazing resource this trial will be for studies of sociopathic personality! If only there were a cure.....

O/T Drew yells 'I did not kill Kathleen' as he is carted off to jail. LOL :seeya: Drew

Wow - I can't wait to see which persona she wears tomorrow.

Nurmi will tell her to put the nastiness away and bring out the chihuahua.

Its clear how she badgered Travis. This is her real personality and a glimpse of what Travis dealt with! I'm sure she's keeping herself in line...I bet she has a crazy temper.

Juan just proved she never even made it to his house that day of the alleged Child 🤬🤬🤬🤬 thing.

I just wish Juan would summarize it better at the very end.

I really hope folks are seeing how Juan in systematicly disproving her stories and lies! And with actual evidence! Its a brilliant stratagy. He is not being a bully at all! Moo.

This is how one handles a psycho like JA....her days of magical thinking are OVER!

What is happening now? My live feed went out and now that it's back all I am seeing is the seal? Did they take a break or is there a problem with the live feed site?

I am bewitched bedazzled and amazed! She is scary good at this. Seriously scary she is.

her glee shouldn't play well with jurors...she almost wants to pick fights---never a straight yes or no...and that head shake....

when did she "pay" Travis those checks??????

I know the point of his questions. I am putting myself in the jury box and I am concerned that her BS stalling and dancing round definitions and general delay tactics in answering each and every question will cause the jury, who has not followed this case as we have, to get lost and not follow the fact that her lies are being debunked.

If I, who know more about this case than the average juror, am having trouble holding onto where we are going with this line of questioning, surely the jury is lost at this point.

I hope I am wrong. But I graduated from the FICA trial, I know how idiotic some jurors can choose to be, particularly when they have been subjected to endless defense fairytales.

:jail:

I thought he was coming off as a bully too at the beginning. However, now it's becoming obvious, to me, that he's showing how she reacts when she's called out on stuff. He's winning the battle now. He's coming back. Her smugness and little smiles and laughs can't be playing well with the jury. JMO

...and to think...Travis put up with this kind of carp on a daily basis. This was the drama he spoke of in his text...this was the behavior he was so scared of. He knew Jodi was dangerous...he knew. smh

If not today another day. I heard a talking head say that at the beginning he was being aggressive because he probably thought she'd take cues from him and become aggressive herself. Obviously it didn't work that way. However, her laughing and smiling like she thinks she's getting over on him can't sit well with the jury.

Maybe the way to get under her skin is to be calm and then ask her to explain, each time asking calmly for her to give the correct answer and then calmly keep asking her like he is now only in a calmer demeanor. If she feels cornered she might start to be more and more off balance. JMO

I LOVE it when he calls her "ma'am" No more "Miss Arias" or "how do you feeeeeel Jodi?" He had her figured out a long time ago, how to approach her, how to address her, all designed to show this jury exactly what the monster looks like when the mask slips off.

I really like JM's approach.. I do. I just wish he'd spend less time harping on such minor details.

We listened to Jodi share minor details of practically every aspect of her life for days! Juan is giving her a taste of her own medicine while showing the jury that no one can possibly accurately recall all of those minute details: Most of Jodi's sordid saga is fabrication, pure and simple. :moo:

I'm just gonna put this out there: Jodi Arias slaughtered a defenseless man, then lied, lied, lied, then got on the stand and accused him of being probably the worst thing there is - a peadophile. She murdered him three times over, then tried to defile his memory in Court.

Juan is doing what he needs to be doing; he's trying to convict a murderer.

I love the way it's playing out, he's not too tough at all, you have to be with this personality.

The minute he softened up, she went back to Scarlet O'Hara
He needs to keep Cybil on the surface at all times
