Good morning everyone!

I have a question for the mods? Is it okay to want to learn more about JA's parents. To find out what if anything they may have done to make Jodi the way she is. Jodi's mom and her lack of expression when the state showed the awful crime scenes and the damage done to Travis made me think she is one cold person. Even if he called my daughter some crummy things I would still feel awful for him and his family for what was done to him.

Lord, I hate bringing up stuff that might have been said waaaay back when the threads were in the single digits or wherever.

But, I'm thinking, yet again, probably got into already and I just missed it, the next to last pic where TA is sitting down 5:30:30...

I'm thinking "maybe" she had him sit like that to "immobilize" him/buy some time. Kinda more difficult to get up from THAT position, especially after someone stabbed/shot you.

Someone posted in the last thread that back in 2007 they owned something that connected to their cell phone and recorded the phone conversation on both sides crystal clear.

I thought that too, which is why I said that I would be suprised that the charity would want to be associated with it.

From my experience with charities, they are incredibly conscious of how the public sees them and most companies who sponsor charities, are very careful to pick which charities best fit their company image.

I think that listing was somebody's piece of art saying that they think JA is guilty. I'm thinking that 20% sale would cover their costs (materials, fees, etc) and the 80% was going to the church.

The more I think about it, the more I feel the person was badly misguided in their intentions rather than attempting to be nasty towards Travis and the Alexander family. Yes it is bad taste and the timing is terrible, but I don't think that the lister was intending making money off the back of the piece.

I feel like they kind of felt and this is just IMHO: That the saw what JA drawings are going for and thought...right I'll create a piece that says what the artist thinks (I.e that JA killed Travis) and give the money to charity - and again that is just MOO.

That's fraud and not innocent. They are putting it up for sale with a huge price tag claiming it was done by Jodi. I hope they get nailed for it. If they would do that I doubt 80% would end up going to the church. jmo

there was laughter....but no one knows what they were laughing at. For all anyone knows they could have been laughing at Juan grilling Gus-Gus (which was pretty hilarious)...but its the wide assumption they were being disrespectful. Until I know at what they were laughing at I withhold judgement personally.

Sitting like that also exposes the person's torso. Easier to stab at than trying to miss knees and shins to get at the vital organs. IMO

A few days ago I asked who JA was staring at and the answer was her mom. I wonder if there is any video of her mom looking back at JA. The reason I ask is other than her smirk when Lisa said Travis was cheating with JA I have never seen any expression on JA's face. I have seen her hide her face and cry, well I guess that's what she's doing. I wonder if her mom is using sign language to communicate with her.

I have noticed a pleading look in her face as a new defense witness takes the stand. Especially with Daryl. Raised brows, hopeful look etc.:floorlaugh:

I'd agree with you were it not their demeanor the entire trial so far - with the exception of showing real emotion at the playing of Jodi's police interview. There seems to be a levity about them - maybe they just believe Jodi really was acting in self-defense and will be acquitted.

Either way, to my mind, a man is dead and were it my daughter being accused of such depravity I think I'd find myself in the fetal position in a corner of the courtroom. That's just me though.

That awful picture on ebay is photo manipulated (probably photoshop) from a crime scene photo of Travis printed on a color printer and framed, possibly photo paper.

I think whoever listed it as 2008 Travis Alexander by Jody Arias is making a statement (a very bad one) that the picture is an original work of Jodi so to speak, in other words, the murder.

Just my opinion and also my effort to contribute.

I also reported the picture. Just heartbreaking.

So sorry!! Just my observation....just the way his left leg is "indenting" his right leg, and the angle. IOW, there looks like an "indentation" on his right leg.
