hopefully they got it all resolved (computer guy and sex tape stuff) after the lunch break (when the judge booted everyone out)

what I don't understand is why they are having evidentiary hearings NOW. I thought that was part of pre trial stuff.

IIRC, some evidence/testimony was included/excluded prior to the trial and other evidence/testimony was to be ruled on during the trial.

Also, the "surprise" pictures occurred at the very end of the day and as Martinez objected, Judge Stephens called a halt to the day.

Can some one post that picture of TA in the shower, facing the camera? That photo haunts me! Am I the only one that sees a pleading look in his eyes? It's almost like he is pleading for his life. Am I the only one to see this?? I'm surprised the talking heads haven't picked up on this. It might just be me but, I pointed it out to hubby, and he told me again, *you missed your calling*.

Yes, I think a lot of us see it here. Maybe because we have seen that look before. Some say they can't see it but I say it sure looks that way to me. jmo

That's fraud and not innocent. They are putting it up for sale with a huge price tag claiming it was done by Jodi. I hope they get nailed for it. If they would do that I doubt 80% would end up going to the church. jmo

That was my thought too - fraud. I was actually thinking about asking the seller to show us JA siggy, if it had been authenticated and other things - just to document the 'listing' and to try to gain more knowledge. However, I didn't want to use my ebay account and was thinking about setting up a spoof ebay account, but alas - it has been removed. Now, are we sure it was removed not sold? Anyone know?

That picture has always bothered me from the first time I saw it. And yes he does look like he is pleading. I have wondered if he was already stabbed or if she was coming at him with the knife and he saw her. jmo

A few 48 hours cases were posted, in one of cases, Juan objected over 100 times in one day.
He was asked by the correspondent if it was to throw off the defense questioning.
He stated: No, they were all legitimate objections and he would object 200 times if necessary.

OT-for anyone who gets the Oxygen channel, they are showing the Wendi Andriano story on "Snapped" right now. This is a case somewhat similar to Jodi's (she being a former missionary) and Juan successfully prosecuted this case to death row.

He sure has my heart. After so many murder cases he still has passion and committment who knows he is the only voice for the victim in that courtroom.

And he will fight tooth and nail to protect the victim as it should be.
