In regards to JA doing what she is doing to the victims family, there was a lawyer from here in Arizona who said the victims family could write a letter to the judge asking her/the judge to stop JA from doing this, he said alot of family members of the victim's do not know this, I hope Tarvis' family knows this. It just amazes me what criminals get away with.

?Would you give us more information about this, please? What page is being referred to?

Sometimes when I refresh WS on my Android phone, it tells me "untrusted certificate". I don't know what that means, but I click to load anyway.

he would not say or do anything, because um, you killed him...

I just shake my head, what the heck was he thinking.

12 UMs and 1 Ah in 1:23 video

In the Flores/Arias interrogation video (orange jumpsuit), I find some of Jodi's narrative authentic. Mostly, when she becomes animated and speaks quickly, it seems she is actually doing genuine recall of her memory.

One of these instances is at 2:52:00. Just prior to that, she started talking about taking pix of TA in the shower, laughing when remembering him saying "I feel gay." I felt that was authentic. Then at 2:52:00, she talks about the close up shot of his face. She says:

"It's a great picture...he hates it..." then,

"I don't know what he hates about that picture..."

What I find interesting about this, is that photo was taken at 5:29:20. After saying "he hates it" (present tense), Flores said "you were showing him the pictures?" and she said yes.

So in 44 seconds, between the time of the 5:29:20 face shot, and 5:31:14, the time of the ceiling lights picture, she had 1) taken the picture, 2) pulled up the image in the camera, 3) shown TA the picture, 4) TA responded that he hated it, and 5) dropped or otherwise shot a picture of the lighting indicating a loss of control of the camera. All that happened within 44 seconds.

I believe this part of her story, that she showed him the pic and he said he hated it. What I wanna know is what happened in those 44 seconds? She showed him a photo, showed it to him to get his opinion and then commenced her premeditated murder assault with a knife or gun? The sequence makes no sense to me. Why get his opinion when you're ready to murder him?

Thoughts?

That's not the last alive photo though. In the last one, you can't see his face--just his body and he's sitting.

Inappropiate enough to be called down by the judge! :furious:

OH I missed that! Good for the judge! Now she needs to get after JA for what she's doing to the victim's family.

She also said Travis wouldnt like his pictures taken in the shower.

I believe that more than he said he didnt like the one photo she took.

I posted this before but didn't get much response. Any thoughts?:
On the practical side of things, how would she record the phone call? I assume that back in 2007, Jodi and Travis were using cell phones for the free (included) long distance. Or at least whoever initiated the call placed it on their cell phone. What kind of recording device would you use? Your home answering machine (with a beep every 10 seconds?!) Will the cell phone itself do it? If so, I would assume that it would require one of these newer mega microSD cards to hold the conversation. The large capacity microSD cards (16 GB, 32 GB) were not available in 2007. Please don't tell me she was doing it on a cassette deck with a microphone?

Cell phones have had the ability to record phone calls using whatever "voice recorder" exists for the make/model since way before 2007. My husband works in a business where he has a lot of conference calls using his cell and I remember he would record the calls to take notes afterwards - and that was back in 2004 when we met. I'm sure she could have recorded the call using her phone. Now, as to WHY she would record the call - that's another story!

Wendi Andriano - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

you are right! These cases do have quite a bit in common

The show has had Juan interviewed a couple times. The similarities are eerie...and Wendi has the same flat Jodi affect

Me too. He looks highly irritated to me, although if I use my imagination, I can see fear, but we'll never know.

Be back in a few! Hubby wants Chocolate grave, bacon, eggs and biscuits for a late breakfast! I can't read the post without getting that message, weird. Hopefully scan will fix this.

that is too cute!

He is a super hero in my opinion.

I posted (on saturday) a 48 hours case I was watching where I got to see him cross a defendant (very much like Jodi but a male) who decided to take the stand.

nurse bee, I would love to see Juan cross exam a defendant; could you say which case this was?

Woah! Thanks for that link. I found this youtube on there that I had never seen and I find it extremely CREEPY. It's Jodi explaining why she smiled for her mug shot:

Does anyone know if Juan showed this clip to the jury?

If not, I think he should end his closing arguments with a side-by-side of the picture of Travis neck slashed while playing this video.
