Is this the same phone that they questioned the prosecution witness about? the one where she asked the witness (sorry can't remember his name) if there was a reason why he didn't take pictures? (he said it would take months to do so)

Seems this guy actually did do that!

That was Travis' phone Melendez was questioned about iirc. The technology to extract the information from that phone wasn't available until 2010 iirc.

They did do it in 2010 when the technology became available. Looks like this guy just took photos of them instead when he got the camera after then.

Dworking just said that there is still no way of getting the stuff off of this phone though, he said he just checked recently.

Jodi has the deadest looking eyes I've ever seen.

I agree. Even in old pictures where she's "happy", smiling and "normal" her eyes are lacking anything deeper. And for me this is not just in retrospect knowing what she's done. Her voice, her demeanor and her eyes would spook me anywhere, anytime.

Well at this point there's a whole lot more foundation that would have to be laid before these recordings would be admissible. Whether they'll get there or not remains to be seen. I have confidence Juan has it under control.

IMO American Indian style pigtails do not look like a little girl. And those type pigtail braids on a naked slender woman with large breast implants most certainly do not look like a 12 year old girl! So I have never thought she wore those pigtails for the reason Jodi might want us to believe.
Now how she has her hair today does look like a little girl. Lol spelled hurl first!
