For those who have wondered which finger JA broke, it is the ring finger of her left hand (i.e. the wedding ring finger). No idea when that break occurred, who did it (if anyone) or under what circumstances, but that is the finger that is affected. It is bent and appears she is unable to straighten it fully. It remains bent at what looks like a 20-25 degree angle.

She probably refused to take Gus's big, gaudy ring off and he had to break her finger in order to get it back.:rocker:

This is funny to me because they have tried, because of the title, to make it look like TA was watching some salacious video and the actual video is so totally innocent and funny.

I had no idea what the Better, Faster, Stronger was about but when I heard it come up in trial I thought it was some sort of work out video, since TA was into body building and mixed martial arts. I did not think it was a salacious video..so defense fail.

He was called to testify as to what was on the computer. He was never asked what the video was, until cross. That is the point of cross. Martinez clarified what it was. I don't understand why the witness is taking the beating for what the defense is attempting to do.

If he was called to testify as to what was on the computer he should know WHAT was on the computer! He was guessing as to what harder, faster, etc was.
