I believe the pictures that Juan just showed him, were not the penis pics. They are probably pictures that the Prosection has from that same hard drive because Juan made the comment 'can I ask him a question so I don't have to recall him later' right before. JMO

This defense is an absolute joke. she comes across as totally inexperienced, and he looks like he is asleep, what the jury must be thinking, god only knows. I understand they don't have a great deal to work with, but for goodness sake. If i were on that jury I would be scratching my head thinking where is all the evidence of abuse that lead to murder.
