I wonder what his techniques are for relaxation after work and after the conclusion of a case. Especially after something like JA.

He probably had to go to the gym and hit a heavy bag for hours.

Good morning everyone! Is everyone belted in for a rocky ride of lies, deceit and more lies from this defendant? I know I think I am and then she opens her mouth and I am speechless with the brazenness of the latest story.

Some years back there was a TV show that featured a doctor who showed slides of the difference shapes in brains of psychopaths and normal people. He also listed criminal acts on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the worst depraved. Anyhow I know that head injuries can damage the brain and I thought Jodi mentioned yesterday that her father had hit her in the head. Anybody else hear that? I wonder how often/how severe and if that may have damaged her and parts of her brain known for emotion?

what did she say??
In trouble for ..
She had too many pics in cell
Stole pens repeatedly would hide them in shampoo bottles and other places
Had a fight with cell mate, but she was found not guilty, was self defense.

.....

She agreed to be interviewed by Beth without her lawyers permission. But somehow they found out and pulled the plug.

Not clear on that part, my mom called & I can't find my tv remote....

Thanks! LOL...I was planning to go to the trial this week before I got the plague. I have sinus surgery in February, so there will be some "recovering" at the courthouse.

LOL! I live in Tx. and my BFF lives in Phoenix. I nearly begged her to go to court today, but she just doesn't get my fascination with this trial! Hope you feel better soon!

I wonder what it says about her psyche that in version 2.0 it was the female ninja the one who wanted her dead and the male ninja the one who let her go.

Or does it mean nothing oher than she's a horrible liar?!

IMO he didn't hit her hard enough... Travis is dead and she's still here. IMO

Good Morning Everyone!:seeya:

Yesterday I felt my head was going to explode having to listen to the countless lies of a very wicked guilty woman.

And we will be seeing more of it today it seems.

I saw the discussion came up again about the sequence of events last night on the closed thread.

I totally 100% agree with the MEs opinion. He was there up close and personal. He has vast experience and knowledge in this area of expertise.

So I wholeheartedly believe the stab to the chest came first then the other horrific slashing wounds including the one where she almost decapitated this poor young man came second. The gunshot really wasnt even necessary imo. By then he had no blood pressure and had lost most of his blood. The last thing she did was shoot him in the head even though she was shooting a man who was dying or dead already.:(

Dr. Keven said either the shot to the head or the slitting of the throat would have rendered him unable to defend himself and he would have lost consciousness quickly from either one. The only one that would let him be ambulatory for awhile was the stab to the heart.

IMO

I agree. It made the most sense to me and matches the evidence. MOO

Tell her that the rest of us are begging her too.

WTH? I have to give them credit for declining.

Yes and totally busted the mom too. wonderful! Because I don't buy her innocent and only doing what her daughter asked her to do.

That might explain why they gave her such a short pencil to write with in court. jmo

Like other posters have mentioned I too think Jodi sprinkles pieces of the truth within her fabricated stories. Like the male and female ninja yelling different versions of 'shut up' at Travis. Jodi mentions this happening several times. I believe it was Jodi yelling at Travis to shut up and it builds on how long it took this poor man to succumb to the injuries she inflicted. Same thing for when she says she hears Travis complaining that he can't feel his legs. IMO that is from damage to his spine which is from the numerous stab wounds to his back while he was hunched over the sink coughing up blood. I think he fell to the floor at this point and as another poster suggests he drags himself down the hallway by his arms because he no longer feels his legs. Can you imagine the suffering?

I would love to know when and the where these letters were created. Did she plan that far ahead or did she have help from the outside while behind bars?

Oh IS Beth is talking about Jodi's days in prison speaking to a prison guard

Did Beth elaborate on what she was saying to the prison guard?

<thud>

JA and Mommy try to publish these DURING the trial????

Hi, SnowShuze. The article only states that it was before the judge's pretrial decision to not allow the letters into evidence.
