Okay, now that sounds like a lie. How can one be on all fours screaming while holding his head. Think about it. She lies, makes it up as she is going along and that is why she is not consistent. Nothing she is saying makes sense. Bits and pieces, yes, but this statement makes no sense at all. jmo
And let's be fair here she did say he was on all four knees - not all fours. (I am so not transcribing it to prove it but I remember my very loud harrumph when I heard it.)

She was most definitely lying about Travis having four knees. ;)

we start a new thread for each trial day (for organizational purposes.. )

there is not a certain number for other threads but we don't let them get that long.

Thank you. I do like it for this trial with 1 per day. I guess it is the other threads where it seems like around 50 or so, there becomes a new one and always wondered why.

another (shock) part II discrepancy

she claims to be on her knees by the bathtub scrolling thru the pictures when Travis is shot by the Ninja

not possible considering the ceiling shot and later dragging shots.

I wonder if her sister, Angela, is feeling stupid about now?
I guess family will never admit their relative could be crazy because it may feel like a reflection on them. Remember the Petersons and the Anthony's? Well, I think we know the Anthony's were well aware and lying too. IMO.
I feel sorry for the families to a point. Once the case is proven, however, can't they just apologize to the victims family?

Who should the Anthony's apologize to? In the end, they were crushed by her lies too. imo

Ted Bundys mom thoughtvhim innocent until he confessed

A mothers love and denial go hand in hand.

Someone would need to prove it to me way beyond a reasonable doubt. I'd hang onto any shred of hope my child was innocent.

Detective Flores was awesome. So calm, cool, and even kind to her. All the while he kept saying he was speaking for Travis. Everyone has said he deserves a reward. He sure does. But don't you just believe he would have liked to have slapped her real hard? I wanted to!

MOO took me a couple of days.

I loved when the detective is begging her to tell a better story because hers was so freaking unbelievable! Lol. Please Jodi, tell me a story that makes sense! Make it believable this time.

When the detectives were doing that, I felt it was not good because they were just encouraging her to keep lying. I suppose it was a tactic to catch her in more lies. She sure took the bait and told some "whoppers". LOL

I truly don't know what kept the detective from reaching over the table and shaking her, telling her to snap out of it. She certainly has not mastered her body language in terms of her being able to cover up a crime. jmo

if they don't have video of her saying it was self defense I could see her taking the stand

:moo:

wouldn't she HAVE to take the stand if she doesn't admit it in any interview? There's no other way for the "evidence" to get in. Attorney questions aren't evidence and they can't argue it in closing without evidence. correct? She can't have other people claim it, it's hearsay.

I wonder what his techniques are for relaxation after work and after the conclusion of a case. Especially after something like JA.

Her body language was the least of her problems! She's really a terrible actress!

LOL. Glad I'm not the only one who feels that way.

by continuing to keep her talking and making up her story, they are locking her in so that she can't change or add details later when she knows more about the true evidence. They always try to lock in as many details as possible. Usually, long before that second interview would happen, they would have lawyered up and shut down that option. Not Jodi... :banghead:

An expert can claim her responses are consistent with...
