Who know's their boyfriend's bank account pin number a few months into a relationship? I found that to be very odd.

And I find that outstanding.

This young man had lived his life for 30 years and NOT ONE person had anything bad to say about him. Highly unusual in most cases that end like this.

He really seemed to be a remarkable young man who touched so many lives in positive ways.

IMO

When the above is shown in court, what will JA feel and think?

I agree. Texts, emails..possibly, probably and even then might not be admissible in court. Posts on pictures highly doubtful you can tell who posted them. jmo

I was thinking the same thing. If JA admittedly had all of TA's passwords (including his ATM PIN for crying out loud) how can any of the texts etc. be admitted?

They can track the IP address of where the message came from. If Jodi was doing it from her computer they can trace that. It's like how they get pings from cell phone towers. You can use it in court.

It looks like she tried to know everything about him. So creepy.

Another thing is on myspace you can choose your #1 friend.
Jodi is still showing as his #1.
Again I'm not posting this to make Travis look bad or anything like that.I just don't think the facts of the case of what we know prove at all that neither one of them was domestically abused by each other.I think they had a pretty normal relationship until Jodi started snooping around and found out Travis was cheating on her.Travis never forgave her for not respecting his privacy but still wanted to have his "pie".That created a dramatic turn in their relationship IMO......

I have heard rumors that his family has control over the acct and if so maybe they haven't noticed or it bears witness to the fact that they do not have control of the acct. I just don't put much weight on it I guess. jmo

If I remember correctly when she was having the discussion about having his passwords to his various accounts with the detective he mentioned to her that they could trace where it was accessed from and she got a little nervous.

I am thinking they may have been advised by authorities not to access it. Maybe they have proof that JA was accessing it and needed to leave the account as is for trial purposes.

I am still rolling this around in my head. I am left with the impression that the sex between them wasn't something he pursued though. Simply because she continued to come to him from thousands of miles away and she committed violence against him. That says to me that it wasn't as simple as dating one girl and screwing another behind her back. There were other factors at play...like being bullied and abused.

Yep, SHE came to him, not the other way around. She was also climbing through his doggie door and sneaking into his bed naked. If Christian Bale snuck into my house and climbed in my bed naked you can sure as heck bet I would be getting nude, lewd and rude in NY second. So, even though I think she looks like Amy Fisher 2.0, I can see how he was tempted. He has a naked girl ready to go in his bed that doesn't seem to have any sexual boundaries.

I can't come up with any reason why she would legitimately need to know his pin. I wonder if she was snooping to see where he was spending money etc.

It's giving me the heebie jeebies to think that she may have been silently cyber stalking him.
