I think he did the presser to counter the doc dump. He did this at 5PM so all the sows will have to talk about his presser, leaving less time for them to discuss the horrendous items in the doc dump.

Silly me, I actually thought he was going to address some of the issues raised by the document dump. But then I think the case should be about Caylee. :waitasec:

1. I know several latino attorneys who are excellent and have had higher profile cases.

2. latinos are VERY family oriented and are in disbelief about this mother killing a child.

3. They are disgusted that Casey choose to use a latina woman as the scapegoat.

In addition KC is not going to come out as a sympathetic defendant, her blatant disrespect of her parents will go over like a lead balloon. Being a single mom is a fairly common occurrence even in the Hispanic/Catholic community, but her behavior while at Fusian, all the party pictures; No way Jose, he's looking in the wrong community to save his princess.

If there is money for forensic experts and there is ... there is money for Baez' counsel.... he is most likely getting advice. He is not driving or flying alone here.

just my opinion again....but too bad he doesn't take good advice. If he is taking it from Todd Black we all know what kind of advice that could be....you know the guy who was on live tv saying the defense knew the baby was dead months before the discovery. (no flames from nurse... I just question those that even surround the man... I am sure his expert witnesses are not the ones giving him advice imhoo and respectfully of course :blowkiss

I don't understand what Baez is trying to do. He didn't want to answer questions and bashed the media. Yet in Spanish he told a reporter he would talk to her under the tree once his presser was over. A reporter from Univision, the same station that had the interview with Cindy and George a while back. Anyone have a link for Univision? I wonder if he gave them a different interview, I would like to watch it.

Yeah, and he should also ditch the killing your baby thing as well.

If jose thinks the press is giving him a bad rap, well he better get himself ready because after casey is hauled off to prison she is going to go ballistic on him. She will (IMO) claim he raped her, he coerced her, he lied to her, he sold her to his friends,.....she will ruin him. So IMO this is good preparation for what she will unleash on him when he doesn't get her off, and he won't get her off.
