Excuse me but yes KC said Zany took her child, what she didn't say was what Zani did with the child after she disconnected her phone and didn't meet KC at the drop off point. She also never said why Zani would want take her child. Except that it was nothing she (KC) did wrong.

Not only is Zani half Cuban, she's also half black! KC did a great job of pizzing off 2/3 of the residents of the whole state.

She not only blamed Zani once, she did it a second time when she said she was mugged by Zani and her sister at JB Park!! And then she told CA to tell Zani she forgave her.

As for the cracker thing, I think it is a colloquialism and a generational thing. I can see how some may be offended but it's good that others are explaining their definitions, i.e., learning curve. Stories can be twisted. Or change. Cochran never brought up ANYTHING from his opening story again. But, he sure got people's attention with it.

How long has it been since anyone on the defense side said much about ZFGs? I think WHO is on the defense team says the most about the defense's strategy. It looks to me like Baez is going after the science and LE.

I really just have a few brief words. um initially i hadn't thought of commenting on this, but it was recommended that i do and ill go ahead and do so. i just have a couple of topics and then im i have actually another appt so i dont have time to stand and answer questions. first off, since this process began, i have on many occasions faced a lot of criticism. ive been attacked personally. um mostly by certain tabloid stations and certain tabloid reporters that to be quite honest with you, dont actually deserve recognition in any way. it doesnt necessarily bother me. it only bothers me when it affects those who are close to me. such as my family and the people who actually care about me. and the reason it doesnt bother me is bc i signed on for this and what i mean by that is that i took an oath and my job is that of a defense lawyer. and quite frankly if you want to get to my client you have to go thru me first. and i feel very strongly about that.....
and i dont care how much criticism i face personally. ...what type of speculation is out there. however if it gets to the point where it's defamatory and could be considered tortuous interference.
this case will come to pass one day and i will be still a member of this community. i want to be remembered as someone who....fought for his client.
not for someone who is , i guess, the subject of constant insinuations and unsubstantiated rumors which you know ive been at this game with you guys long enough to realize , if it's a slow news day, you guys are just itching and scratching to find something to make a story about. ...those of you have more integrity than others and there are those of you that simply dont care. you know, youll be dealt with at its proper time and place but right now im focused on my client.

i have more things to say.
i want to state for the record and be clear: i have absolutely no-- my stream cut out??sorry!---- between me and my client. i didn't respond to that i dont feel i had to justify it.
i follow the advice of those people who know better than i, if it affects my client in any way i will address it. that can be put to rest i have nothing to hide. absolutely nothing. i have conducted myself in the most professional manner that i possibly can.
the contingency fee thing: how ridiculous. this is 101 on the prof responsibility exam for every lawyer and that's the gimme question...
i wanna be clear about something else, im doing the best job i can and will work hard and continue to work. and ive just begun to fight. so these little things, while they are just simple small distractions they are very small distractions. im aware of the fact that im the first Hispanic lawyer to have a case of this magnitude....it means a great deal to me. i will not embarrass those who come after me of doing something so foolish or unethical as what ive been accused of.
it is, absolutely untrue and should be put to rest period.
discovery that just came out today-- im sure you're all burning to ask me a bunch of questions about that.
wont address today's discovery-- want to know what i think, youll see it when we hit the courtroom and quite simply not before that.

last issue you've been quite concerned about: change of venue:
that will be heard very shortly. where we are asking to go is IMO i do not believe it should be disclosed quite frankly bc i dont want that specific area tainted. if it's disclosed, it wont be disclosed by the defense. ill say that much. i dont know how long that secret or that issue can be kept a secret but i would ask all of you this: if you're interested in justice if you want justice for whomever who is involved in this case, you should allow justice to work and allow Casey anthony to have her day in court...

If jose thinks the press is giving him a bad rap, well he better get himself ready because after casey is hauled off to prison she is going to go ballistic on him. I was thinking the same exact thing. Once she is convicted all hell is going to brake loose. He thinks he has it bad now, look out Baez!! I still want to know what the heck she was doing in his office 6 hours a day. Oh yes, with the low cut top, push up bra and short shorts. Isn't that the way everyone dresses to visit their attornet. KC and Baez are a match made in Heaven. They deserve each other. What nerve, bringing in the race card after what Zenaida has gone through. Look, here's the deal. This guy is in over his head. He's incredibly inexperienced and hasn't tried a case with this type of media coverage. That's a fact. The way he has handled himself in the media is atrocious. I wouldn't call him "dumb" by any means, but he certainly hasn't handled himself "intelligently" by a long shot. Whomever is advising him (TB?) isn't doing a good job either.

The only thing these "pressers" are doing is making more of a media circus out him, his lack of experience, his client and this case. I almost feel shameful laughing at the guy.

Do you guys remember how we hated Geragos at the time of the SP trial? Looking back, I think MG was competent, media savy and professional - although we disagreed with him due to his killer of a client. Compare MG to JB.... There really isn't a comparison. It's quite pitiful IMO.

But JB is entertaining for TV and if TV is paying his bills then -- he is doing a great job!! He is playing this and dragging it out for TV, e.g., the autopsy that HL said was done and JB says not, the change of venue that TB said was done and JB says not.

Drag it out, create more hype, sensationalize, sensationalize, sensationalize. JB is doing a great job for his backers and generating a lot of revenue.

The Zani I am referring to is the daughter of Gloria and sister of Samantha (who has the "whitest name ever" whatever the he!! that means). She has two female roommates, who seem to move around Central FL with her, like a band of gypsies.

For three young women who come from money, they all seem oddly under employed, but hey, times are tough all over and who am I to judge!

He stated that HE does not have any entertainment deals, no book deal, and no contingency fee arrangement.

He did not say that he has not negotiated licensing fees on Casey's behalf for photos and video. She is not convicted yet, she can sell those photos. Normally the victims family would step in with a civil suit to be heard after the criminal case and ask that the defendants assets be frozen (not always granted, but frequently is).

That's the first thing I thought of. He says "he" has not, but says nothing about what KC may have done with pics and videos.

Actually you will find the name Zenaida lurking around lots in Gypsy literature, etc. It is curious.

Most people aren't being snippy imho - its just that type has no tone. Someone can actually be thinking softly in a remark or just curiously - but as I said type has no tone. I do that a lot. Forget that type has no tone.
