If the shoes were not relevant, they would not be exhibited as evidence in the case. JMO

I did not say the shoes were not relevant. I was asking to be reminded of the relevance of the discussion about them. I don't remember what point was attempted to be made here. Could you please explain? TIA

Exactly how did MR's blood become mixed with Tori's blood? JMO

hmmmm - sub standard evidence collection/storage/analysis methodolgies?

I'm convinced it's her as well, however, I don't think she did it in a fit of rage, the more I think about her putting the bag over TS's head, the more I think that doesn't fit with the rage thing. It looks to me like she's still in denial that she can be such a monster as to have done this after TS asked for help.:moo:

I think MR goaded her, manipulated her into killing TS or they agreed before hand that he would do his thing and she would do the killing. Obviously neither of them bothered to look up the law on murder in first degree in canada.:moo:

My theory on this is that maybe the kicking was her initial rage, she got some of that rage out this way, and then went to the trunk to get the hammer and finish what she had started. To me this fits with MR saying that she was in it as much as him now. ...That is if what she is saying has any truth.

Mares - what a thought provoking post!! I hadn't even considered this as a possibility previously! WOW!

If the blood mixture was found on his gym bag, his blood could of got there at anytime before the day of the crime. Can forensics tell if blood from both was fresh at the time it was "mixed together"?

Hmmm. I also wonder if ...

(a) the experts can tell whether Tori's blood got there directly, or was transferred there second-hand from an article, or a piece of clothing worn by someone else, and

(b) they can determine how long MR's blood had been there - i.e. possibly before or long after the murder

JMO

the answer to both questions is yes - an expert SHOULD
be capable of these determinations

TLMs shoes were found on the unpaved road near the location of the remains. TLM told the police where to find them on her map. They look relatively clean, they were NOT found on the 401. MR was free for 6 weeks and could have driven back at any time to remove items that belong to him. She did not lie about where the shoes were. That is relevant. The size 6 shoe is relevant if they do not correspond to marks left on the body (if applicable), the lack of blood stain on the laces and shoes themselves is relevant (based on what is shown in the photos). We have only seen evidence as associated with her so far except for surveillance video of the car with him driving. We will see how many times MR also LIED in relation to this case. Bonnie and Clyde. snipped for brevity - MR has never LIED in relation to this case. He has not testified.

We will see how many times-simple future tense. I know he has not testified. JMO

respectfully - I believe you mean you will see how many time MR WILL lie - which implies you belive TLM to be truthful. Personally, I do NOT.

This is certainly a possibility, IMO.

Regarding the acquisition of the garbage bags and hammer: You can see in the Home Depot video that TLM puts the bag into the trunk of the car almost simultaneously with the trunk opening. It doesn't appear that she has to open it herself, but that it was popped open with a button on the dash by the driver. Can anyone with knowledge of that particular car confirm this?

I suspect that the keys were left in the ignition during this whole sordid scenario. All someone had to do to open the trunk (if my assumption is correct) is push that dash button - a mere few seconds from start to finish.

Being a liar doesn't make one a murderer though. :waitasec:

Max I know you woudn't post a link that leads to a virus, but given my suspicious nature, I usually don't click on links that I don't know what they are about.

So (perhaps mods can answer this) is it possible to title your links (not just max, everyone), or even give a brief desc of what it is. :)

Sorry about that! I was in a hurry! Let's try that again!

Charles Adler and David Menzies say it's time to instill Tori's law and reopen the death penalty debate for child killers.

I have a Honda Accord, the trunk release is on the floor by the driver's door.
