ummm.. let's see... he could easily go across in any of the thousands of places along the border that illegals cross over every single day without being seen... and it wouldn't surprise me if border guards were sometimes bribed to let cars through w/o searching the trunk.. who knows what kind of connections the family has. i wish they would take his mama and lock her *ss up until she talks.

Yeah, you are right about that. I guess I just didn't think about crossing over the border any way but the legal way! :innocent:

I am so concerned about the other little girl...I just would not put it past him to do something to her as well.

I can see Emily out in the bar, having a good time, partying as young people do (and as I did). I can see her encountering someone who she found interesting, and a conversation developed. I don't find it to be a long shot that she would have told him to "check out her web site". It would have been sort of like advertising, and a natural consequence to an alcohol-laden conversation. Perhaps she left the bar, and he followed her and abducted her. Whatever the circumstances, I can see him misunderstanding the nature of her internet persona to the extent that he expected something from her in that motel room that she was NOT going to give. Her sudden refusal could have triggered a rage that resulted in the murder. This is a horrible situation, and if the scenario I just portrayed is true, when he got her in the room, either by force or by trickery, Emily was as surprised by his sudden rage as any pristine white virigin would have been. I would be willing to bet you that Emily had more grace about her, and more honor than the reporter who showed her nude picture to her Grandfather. That royally pisses me off!!!! :furious: Do we have any idea if Victoria was supposed to have been in that motel room during the murder, or if he picked her up at a latter time?

right but why was she at a motel bar in the first place?? is this a place that she frequented? why would you be at a motel bar (esp a low-budget motel) unless you were there for a specific reason---? it's not like she was out with a group of friends (as far as we know), having a night on the town. i hope they get to the bottom of it and soon.

Reb, I have gone to motel bars before! :blushing: :crazy: Sometimes, they have live bands that I wanted to hear, and sometimes they have karyoke (spelling??) that I wanted to either participate in, or watch. You bring up a good question, however. Did she go out alone that night, or was she with other people? I have never gone to any bar or club by myself. I have always gone with at least one other friend, and usually with a group.

Does anyone know if hotel bar that she was at, was a hotel, where some/one of her shoots may have occurred? Maybe he seen her around, figured out what she was doing and tried to go from there? Even if it was one where she didn't "shoot" at, but frequented the bar, if he lived there, he could have easily again "seen her around".

I'm wondering why Victoria's parents or Grandmother is not out in the media with a cry for help for her granddaughter. I would be worried to death about her. She is after all a minor that is missing- wouldn't that be considered kidnapping?

I think I have something to say in this case. Emily was making good money, but not wonderful money with the internet "" thing. She wasn't really doing anything that much different than what we are doing. She was interacting with her keyboard! That is a FAR different cry from someone who is posing in front of a camera being wielded by a live camerman and having sex on camera; either for real, or pretend. Each and everyone of us can hook up a webcam right now, and sign up with "ifriends" and wah-lah.....we are "in 'da business". I think most of us have matured WAY beyond that point.....but trust me - there is a market for EVERYTHING. I KNOW this because I have a very good friend in " 'da business". She is the most wonderful person I have ever known. She is older than Emily, and probably not as apt to end up leaving a bar with some dangerous psycopath as this guy appears to be. With that said.... any debutante, prom queen, beta-club member, could make the mistake of leaving with a psycopathic murderer. The thing may not be related at all. If it is...... it may have come up in a conversation at the bar, but ANY conversation could have resulted in the same tragic ending. I wish I had known Emily. I wish I could have told her about the dangers of being "out and about" these days. God Bless her family. Also, God Bless LE who are looking for this creep. May they find him and bring him to justice.

From what I've found w/ the archives of her site. There wasn't really any live stuff period. It was still photos, and a blog of hers. Obviously, the site has been taken down, so I could be totally wrong. But even sites that were linked to hers, don't have anything about signing up for live chats/shows/ etc etc. They were again, just still photos of her. The ones that I've seen where nothing more than you would find in playboy. Other than being nude, there was nothing "pornographic" or "offensive" at least not IMO. Didn't mean to take you're post apart...just I seen the interacting w/ the keyboard thing.

Remember on the money thing, She had JUST started her site a couple months prior to disappearing. The site links back to several others, as they did to hers. Just because it has a bunch of hits, doesn't mean everyone is paying that monthly signup fee. Most sites have a free 24/48/ or 7 days free trial that you can sign up to etc. So while she was beginning to see some money, who knows how much she would have really pulled in once it was up and running and she really "caught the eyes" of people. Don't forget too though, it is EXPENSIVE to run a site like that...(if you're doing it right lol) not only do you have your standard overhead costs (hosting, maintenance, updates, blah blah blah) you have advertising, studio time, editing programs, paying your models,etc etc etc.

Emily's aunt came into my office a couple of hours ago just beside herself with joy that this man has been caught! I can't describe the celebration that is going on here right now. Although this won't bring Emily back, the family is so relieved that they have caught this man and that he won't be able to hurt anyone else again! We only pray that the other little girl (Victoria) is going to be okay. She will have a lot to deal with. Thank you to all of you who have kept Emily's family in your prayers!!!

As, far as I've read the 16 year old 8 month pregnant girlfriend is staying down in Mexico where he was caught. They said they could not force her to come back to the U.S. Isn't the fact that shes 16 force enough? Theres no warrant for her arrest but if she does not want to come back home then I believe that the girlfriend may have had something to do with it OR she didn't care that a teenage girl like herself was murdered by her own boyfriend. And is this guy the father of that baby?

Yes, everyone says he is the father of the baby. Charges were filed against him for sleeping with the 16 year old before any homicide charges were filed. The girl's mom says they have been together for awhile. I don't understand why they can't make her come back either. And she can't be in Mexico legally! I just don't understand.......but I am so thankful that this guy is off the streets and Emily's family can have a tiny bit of peace.

hi, I live in Eldorado, and would like to answer some questions I've seen posted, first off the bar she was in
was not a motel bar.. the motel and bar are both on the same hiway but several miles apart, I do know that kansas does have the DP and has a prison just a little distance from the bar... I did not know this girl or any of her family but I would sure like to find out who the reporter was who showed her grandfather the nude picture of her, I think he should be at least sensured in his job for doing it this way... I have been reading on WS for long time but this my firstime posting. hope this helps clear some facts up. sj

I feel that he should rot in jail for the rest of his life while men do the same things in jail to him as he did to this young girl. I feel very strongly that a person should not die by the death penalty, because its the easy way out. The only way people should be allowed the death penalty is in the same way of what they did to their victim(s).

I want to know if they are going to make the girlfriend testify. What does her mother say about her daughter staying in Mexico. Also, if this may have been planned as authorities have stated then what happened? How do they know this. Again, they should check the girlfriend. Maybe somehow the girlfriend and Emily had crossed paths and the girlfriend set this all up and told her boyfriend to do it. I just don't understand why she hasn't been forced to come back.

I've been following this case almost everyday. Please keep me updated on the case.

How sad that this beautiful girl got into films. I wonder why she made that decision. I'm sure that she made a lot of money doing the films but......

I'm glad that they have caught the monster that murdered her. He is such a creep. I wonder what he promised her to get her to leave the bar with him...it sure wasn't because of his good looks.

My heart goes out to Emily's family. They not only have to cope with the loss of their beautiful Emily but to also try and cope with her "secret life." I'm sure that must have also rocked their world. Love and prayers to them.

Emily did not do , she had done about 7 or 8 solo nude shoots, and one(The Halloween, Tin man, shoot) with two other women. She had only been doing this since the end of September. She also did a weekly webcam for subscribers to her individual website, but again, this was solo.

RagingBucks, the group that Emily worked for, has a number of different model sites, and one does offer hardcore , but Emily never was a part of that.

It should be noted that Emily's daytime job was working as a secretary, and she was also a business major at a community college
