Quick question. .if you declare that you will be hiring your own lawyer and then decide not to, can you then get a court appointed?

Emily Glass full jailhouse interview

http://www.kwch.com/video/?vid=475560153

What what a load of crap, moo.

:pinocchio:

She mentioned "early morning" (as related to the couple)...-hmmmm....maybe this is when it actually all went down with Lucas...

Also, she said he's so little so he gets hurt easily, or something along those lines.

(Catching up)

I would like to see a profile of the “abductor” from a FBI profiler.

ETA: John Douglas’ profile he did for the Jacob Wetterling abductor was extremely accurate.

Would probably read. It's a female aprox 26 years old. History of doing drugs. History of violence towards men. Not real good at lying. Has trouble keeping custody of her Bio children.

I did not mean her boys, I was thinking a cousins child.
The report says V1, V2.
We know one of the 2 was the 1 yr old. IF Lucas went missing prior to 2/17 ( prior to 2/16 even) then V2 could not have been Lucas.
IMO
ETA : Police state there was no abduction, and Lucas did not run away.
In my mind the Lucas was not V1 or V2.
The police would have remembered him.

I believe the report was written after the 16th as they were investigating the missing child report

Finally caught up again, those allegations certainly do add a new layer to this whole situation. I had made prior postings about how abuse victims can be convinced their abuse is acceptable and as a result only think it's happening to them - but that really doesn't seem to be the case here, now does it? With this information, I recall someone local having said that JH was on a local page posting about this while "on his way home from Texas" but that he was posting a LOT for someone who was driving; as well as commenting that it took him less time to get back than one would expect. I imagine - at least hope - LE is probably examining his phone pings.
Yes he sure was!

If Emily did not do something to Lucas which caused his disappearance, she knows who did-That is my opinion, and I hear a lot of chatter going on in her head within this interview trying to say the right thing and thinking about what she just said. When people are lying and try to recount occurrences there is a lot of delay because they have to differentiate what they know(truth) and their lies without mixing up the two.

I've got a lot of pages to catch up, so my comment's probably going to be totally out of sync with what you're talking about now..

But, I agree with n_6CC that EG's interview shows plenty of signs of complicity in Lucas' disappearance. It really felt like a whole load of storytelling in the way that young children sound when you ask them to make up a story.

I pointed out earlier the oddity in EG talking about the two strangers outside and that she sent a snap of the strangers to their dad.

The full interview doesn't explain that odd turn of phrase. There is nothing there to suggest why she doesn't say she sent it to her boyfriend/fiance/Jonathan. She hasn't been prompted by a question to use this phrase. She hasn't been talking about being alone in the house with two children and sending the snap to 'their dad'. It's just very odd that she uses that particular descriptor for JH when talking about these people outside. I can't think of an explanation right now. I guess it could be due to the storytelling mode and it might be like mixing your tenses or your 1st person/3rd person when writing a story?

When did she send the snap to JH? Was that after something had happened to Lucas and she was thinking of JH in 'dad' mode? I have heard it alleged that EG had Facetime with JH on the Thursday night, was that when she sent the snap to say "hey, something odd happened this morning" as a diversion to try to prevent him asking too many questions about Lucas? And Thursday night is the night of the child endangerment charge...is that why the children are on her mind during that (alleged) Facetime and so when she thinks back on it she accidentally refers to him as "their dad" rather than "my bf"?

Someone else has just made a post (in my timeframe) where they've said they think that EG hates me. I totally agree and have been thinking that for days.

I wonder if EG keeps saying Lucas is just a little boy who gets hurt easily as a comparison to someone else who she's attacked who isn't so little and doesn't get hurt so easily? JH, for instance?

I was also struck in her interview that she seems to have a sense of a late teen about her in her affectations (which I think also come from lying her face off). I think she started having children around the age of 17 or 18, and I think if I wanted t know where she might hide a body I'd want to get the opinion of someone aged 16 to 18, as that appears to be her mental age.

JH had told EG's ex that he would pay him child support after his own bills were paid. I don't know if there was a legit support agreement set up, but JH told him that he would only pay for EG's child support AFTER his own bills were paid.

I believe it was actually Emily's Affidavit which referenced that. So, it was technically Emily's statement to the court/judge. Whether or not she actually discussed that with JH or JH discussed that with Emily's Ex....who knows.

In her July affidavit, Glass contended that she was a “fit and proper parent,” was “stable and clean from any illicit drugs” and should be able to “spend quality, alone time” with her children.

She said she hadn’t been able to pay monthly child support of $530 “due to my health and not being able to work, and recently taking care of my six month old baby, but it is something I am working on.”

Her husband/fiance, Jonathan Hernandez, “has agreed to make small payments when he can, only after paying bills and providing for his minor children at home,” her affidavit said.

Small payments of the $530 per month owed. That was July. I'd be really interested to know how many small payments the ex received/the total amount over the course of the last 7+ months. If he's paid anything near the $3,710 owed, then either he has more integrity than I originally gave him credit for, or he's more foolish in regards to Emily than I originally thought.

If he's been paying, I'd say that would be her #1 reason for being in the relationship. He's the only way she can keep up with the payments since she has "health reasons and a now 1 year old daughter"

That's wonderful news. I'm sure the Wichita community will be generous and will also volunteer if asked and will bring supplies to the searchers. For anyone who doesn't know, Texas Equusearch is funded entirely by donations from the public. They always appreciate the help.

About TXEQ

Texas EquuSearch Mounted Search and Recovery Team started in August 2000 with the purpose to provide Volunteer Horse Mounted Search and Recovery for Lost and Missing persons. The Team was started in the North Galveston County area because of the high incidence of missing persons in the largely undeveloped area of South Harris and North Galveston Counties. With this in mind, the team’s existence and purpose is dedicated to the memory of Laura Miller, the daughter of our founding director, Tim Miller. Laura was abducted and murdered in north Galveston County in 1984. Our team is composed of volunteers of various experiences, with many being experienced horse owners.

We currently have approximately 1,000+ members and are growing rapidly. We are currently available to conduct searches nation and worldwide. We are a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, which is funded solely by donations.

have we received confirmation JH and EGs vehicles were searched? i didnt think we had. i dont mean that to be defensive of my theory but want to know if missed something! if we havent received confirmation, its possible LE hasnt searched yet or if they have, they havent shared what they found. it also seems like it would be possible a vehicle search could provide evidence but nothing damning - lucas was in both of these vehicles frequently so some evidence of his presence would be expected.

but it is also possible they are in on it together and hid him locally....

also agree re the neighbors siting and ID of the smoking man - my gut says the answer lay there....

I don't know about JH's vehicle being searched.

But I am 100% certain that they have searched EG's with a fine toothed comb. She has been arrested for child endangerment. They are going to look at her vehicle to support those charges, if nothing else. They have legal right to search for drugs, look for paraphenalia and to check that there are car seats, etc. Oh, and while they are at it, they are going to check for blood...

Yes!! Finally! I'm very optimistic! TES' success stats are incredible.

"The organization is composed of volunteers of various experiences, with many being experienced horse owners.

A public search already set to take place on Saturday at Pawnee Prairie Park, 2625 S. Tyler Road, has requested assistance from the Texas group. That search is scheduled from 8 a.m. until."

Snipped my me for focus -

“Addicts usually struggle when it comes to dealing with their feelings. This is why many of them will have turned to substance abuse in the first place. Alcohol and drugs can provide a temporary escape from unpleasant emotions. These chemicals numb the brain so that the individual feels very little. Once the individual becomes addicted to these substances, they will be unable to mature emotionally.”

I've spoken with Frank Black from Equusearch and right now Tim is waiting on what WPD wants to do as far as community involvement in the TES searches. I know that TES has a strict age requirement and does not allow convicted felons to assist in searches. I hope that if community volunteers are allowed that they at the very least receive a brief training in what to do/not to do while searching (for example, leave the area the same way you entered it, don't touch anything, etc.)

If they won't accept locals to search, maybe the community can at least come together to bring food/drinks etc to the "Crew" local pizza/sub shops maybe donating. I'm sure that would be very helpful for them.. IMO

I'm optimistic too....but also holding back a bit in case of disappointment.

So much effort and love going into finding little Lucas while someone with the information to end this suffering is silent.

I have so much hope right now. I feel like this is the last resort, so we need to find Lucas now. Good luck TES! :praying:

EQUUSEARCH IS OFFICIALLY ON THEIR WAY! They're currently loading up all of the equipment they'll be using and will be heading up within the next few hours. Tim Miller is in Wichita and has spoken to Captain Allred and they have the green light. Cpt. Allred seems like an amazing man is taking very good care of the Equusearch team.

I’m so happy to hear this. I’ve heard nothing but great things about Texas EquuSearch. Horses have a good sense of sight and smell. Experienced riders know how to pick up on cues from horses. Riders watch the horses ears and if they come up and start looking around you follow where the horse is looking. They also, allow the searcher to sit up higher to see better, cover more ground and get in areas of rough terrain.

I’m praying for Lucas!
