The maps and searching are so much more important than this...I was actually looking back for an area that was very interesting to everyone in a previous thread. Got off track.

I'm in my little thought bubble here, but want to sort of correct my earlier post where I was too lazy to review the actual pull-up comments from "the horse's mouth", so to speak.

EG spends almost all of her time on the abuse allegation "rumors". She doesn't get to the pull-up until the end, when she has already said she has to go once. She does appear to be consulting a piece of paper or something. Her final point seems to address the first two questions the internet posed. Why a diaper. And why a shower and a nap since he was last seen. (This struck me at the time because I had personally posted a query about the shower and nap as a combination activity). She also offers that she put him "down" with a movie.

She really really wants this to be believable, imo.

And if she always takes a 3 PM nap...it is interesting that the one year old was endangered around the same time of day on 2/16.

From interview transcription:
R: Can you tell me any more about what happened that Saturday when he disappeared?

E: Just the fact that I took a shower, and he took a nap. Like we always do. I put him down for a movie, in his pull up because, you know, he had accidents when he sleeps, so you know, that's why he had a pull up on... um.. and he had fallen asleep after my shower, which is why I went down. Ma'am, I gotta go.

Don't mean this in a snarky way, but did Emily have any friends/much of a social life?
A one year old and a five year old can be very time consuming, especially when you are on your own due to your boyfriend's job. Not one FRIEND (that I can recall) has been in MSM articles or TV reports to defend her or her parenting, not even anonymously. Why?

-Does she have close friends but they simply don't want to be involved, even as an "unnamed source?"

-Does she have friends but no one feels they can vouch for her parenting or care for Lucas without being dishonest?

-Does she simply have no friends because motherhood has caused her to lose touch with people and over time, those friendships faded, as friendships sometimes do?

-Does she have friends, but they are "sketchy" and not likely to come forward to put any sort of spotlight on themselves or their activities?

-Does she not have friends because she has burned those bridges for some unrelated reason?

I noticed the ad with the U-Haul boxes awhile ago.
Does this mean she/they used a U-Haul truck to move?
If so, has that true been sniffed by the dogs, and gone over thoroughly for evidence?
I'm sure the U-Haul place would have a record of exactly which truck (and possibly moving dollies, etc.) that she used.

That wasn’t an ad, that was a picture EG posted selling leftover boxes from the move......I’d keep my eyes out for one of those boxes as a possibility that Lucas is in there.

I’ve been wondering the same. I would bet on the following two options:

-Does she have friends, but they are "sketchy" and not likely to come forward to put any sort of spotlight on themselves or their activities?

-Does she not have friends because she has burned those bridges for some unrelated reason?

I don't doubt for a moment that darling Lucas was sick with the stomach bug, but I will eat my beloved Red Sox hat with gravy on top, if that is the reason why he passed away. If this was the case, a simple phone call to 911 would absolve EG of guilt right away, and a preliminary autopsy would show the COD from dehydration from the flu. Many children and adults have passed away all across the country this year from the flu, no one would doubt this at all, God rest their souls. If she had nothing to hide, she would have just called for help and the panic would be evident of her sorrow and upset over finding him deceased.

That doesn't sound crazy at all! It's exactly what I was thinking about last night as I fell asleep and wanted to find a way to ask today.

Routes from EG's home out of town, and at every choice point taking the most likely quietest route, then focus on places where a vehicle can pull over, and where the locale looks not too overlooked by buildings and also reasonably hidden from the road.

As I'm not familiar with the roads there, I can't do it. The grid layout of the roads makes no sense to me in terms of choice points and the logic of which roads will be busier/quieter. But you guys who live around there can do this without thinking...what I would like you to do is try to take yourselves off automatic and actually think about it and maybe mark some routes on a map that fit these criteria, then look at the routes out and look at places that might be 50 to 150 feet from the road that fit the criteria of not directly overlooked.

And this can be modified for places like culverts...maybe they can be closer to the road, because once something is pushed into the culvert it can't be seen, but also we don't want to be overlooked pushing something in there....that's going to be an even more vulnerable moment than driving with a body in the trunk.

LE are keeping so much close to the chest. They haven't officially named EG, they haven't put her picture out or a picture of her vehicle, there are no media images of either of the homes being searched or the vehicle being taken away for forensics. But they have her locked up on the endangerment charge and they've held back the endangerment charge for Lucas, so I don't think we can assume they aren't doing these things, especially not taking into consideration FLA's recent comment that she has things she has been told not to talk about, she doesn't understand why, but LE believes this is best to keep a lot of this case under wraps. It seems to make things very difficult if they also want tips but won't tell people what to look out for or what timeframe? But we have to respect that they truly believe this is the best thing for building a case. So I don't think we should rule out a vehicle, but on the other hand places within walking distance might also be relevant...

Maybe they haven't posted EG's vehicle because she didn't use hers to transport Lucas to wherever they placed him? Perhaps someone else drove, hence why her SUV isn't a factor? Also, we don't know if EG is actually was in the vehicle when he was transported- perhaps another female or male took him from the house to not raise suspicion on EG?

I absolutely agree.

SPECULATION / WHAT IF? / MOO:

It was Friday night, EG had been caring for a baby and a sick child, moving, cleaning and JH was out of state. Future visitation with her boys was in jeopardy and she had to surrender her pet. All of that makes for a stressful week or two. Her FB and Twitter reference marijuana…maybe she purchased some edibles? I know they’re not legal in Kansas, but that doesn’t mean they’re not available. Maybe it was something along these lines that occurred between 4 and 6 PM on that Friday which lead to the child endangerment charge(s). Perhaps evidence of the impending drug transaction was found on her phone and/or the dealer or a witness to the transaction came forward after recognizing Lucas on the news.

LE stated that there was no evidence of abduction, Lucas did not just walk out of the home and there has been no description of her vehicle given to the public. What if a friend picked her up along with the kids and took her somewhere (a lake, park, friend’s house, a party – who knows)? God forbid, but maybe Lucas got into the edibles, maybe they were laced with something. Maybe there was some sort of accident due to her negligence. Whatever happened, I am imagining that Lucas was found unresponsive, and they panicked. They couldn’t call LE because they’d all risk going to jail.

Maybe he wasn’t transported anywhere after he passed. Maybe he was already there. I don’t think EG buried him on her own (but possibly concealed him), but someone else may have. There may have been some truth to her statement that she doesn’t know where he is if someone else actually buried him. I don’t know why, but her statement something to the effect of “I want to tell…but I’m not there yet” makes me think there might have been an accident.

In any case, a scenario something like this would leave Saturday open for her to destroy evidence, concoct her story and maybe even get in a shower and a nap, which she would need if she had been up all night.

I have wanted to chime in for a while because my mind has been running rampant with all the possibilities (as you can probably tell). I hope I have not broken any rules, but just in case, I’m including some links and maybe that will cma:

Lucas baby, you are in my thoughts and prayers every day. :praying:

Are there often trains that travel through Wichita?

Here in TX, trains are EVERYWHERE. Just wondering if a train passing through would be a viable option?
