I don't doubt for a moment that darling Lucas was sick with the stomach bug, but I will eat my beloved Red Sox hat with gravy on top, if that is the reason why he passed away. If this was the case, a simple phone call to 911 would absolve EG of guilt right away, and a preliminary autopsy would show the COD from dehydration from the flu. Many children and adults have passed away all across the country this year from the flu, no one would doubt this at all, God rest their souls. If she had nothing to hide, she would have just called for help and the panic would be evident of her sorrow and upset over finding him deceased.

BBM: For some reason I entirely doubt that he was sick with a 'stomach bug' for that length of time. My suspicious mind would be more likely to believe that he was suffering from injuries...perhaps internal, from abuse....and that was causing his stomach pain. And/or...his nutrition was likely not to par. That's all speculation of course, but is a theory that I would believe.

What about this place to search? www.riordanclinic.com (formerly called the Garvey Center) It is right in between the Humane Society and Chisholm Park. It sits on 90 acres, has water and heavily trees areas. I don’t think it’s gated. I can see EG feeling peaceful there because it is holistic. What if the cat surrender was a coverup for the Lucas drop off?

Sorry Texas Equusearch is leaving....per KWCH at noon today. I hope they do,come back. They have another case they are working on it was reported. Strange.

They left at 5 a.m. They are scheduled to return.

Yep - very likely internal, from abuse.

Very strange!
This is what he said last night!!!!

"Miller says they don't have a time frame for their search, and they'll stay until they aren't needed."

Could he have been found, but it hasn't been made public?

We knew yesterday there was a chance they would have to leave because of another case. The timeframe for the departure changed throughout the day.

Broadway Street - does anyone know if this area around this lake has been searched?

It looks pretty easy to get into, and there are MANY spots where someone wouldn't be spotted at night.

It looks like it all got deleted. You may want to edit your quote to remove the post that got deleted :)

Thank you. I tried to search the for the post where I quoted but I cannot find that either. Hopefully that was deleted as well.

I sincerely apologize, liltexans. I know we can’t discuss SM comments, but I thought we could make generalized “suggestions.” Clearly I was wrong, lol! Won’t happen again :)

as would a cuncussion.

His "stomach virus" could indeed be from physical injuries - I'm keeping that in mind.

But, the flu that spread through my neighborhood this winter includes stomach issues and vomiting. Granted, I am several states away, but the stomach symptom does ring a bit true to me. I had the flu myself, and it started with stomach issues before the other symptoms of the flu hit. Also, untreated strep throat can cause vomiting, if I recall correctly. I was out of commission for several days - it wipes people out completely. I feel for him suffering that while the family was in the process of moving - that would be tough, I'm sure!

I'm inclined to think he was actually sick from an illness (which doesn't mean she wasn't abusive to him physically as well).

MOD NOTE

Hi everyone,

You are free to sleuth whatever and whomever you wish to privately on your own, but you are NOT allowed to post about that here. The only person who may be sleuthed at this time on WS is EG. Just EG.

Also, a little bit of friendly advice for our new members:

WS has a private messaging system. While you are NOT allowed to mention PMs, request PMs, or talk about sending or having sent PMs on the thread, you are certainly welcome to PM any member you wish about any topic you wish.

Just don't mention it here in the thread.

For example, if you want to sleuth something or someone that is not allowed here in the thread, per TOS, my suggestion would be to PM another member or members to ask for their help or to get their take on your idea. DO NOT mention any such private conversation on this thread and you will be fine.

This post is directed at everyone and at no one person in particular.

Thank you all for your cooperation and for your dedication to finding little Lucas.

I get it all year 'round. Even if it's dead, it's still able to attack.

My son is critically allergic to it. It is instant with him, too- it doesn't take hours or days. Whats tough about poison ivy is that it can be hidden amongst other plants/bushes. It's hard for him because he's active and loves to camp, hike, and play outdoor sports, yet every year, no matter how diligent he is, he gets it! He ends up on prednisone, antibiotics, and allergy pills/creams. He is so severe that just being in the area of poison ivy causes a reaction- we always were under the assumption that he had to touch it to get it, nope.

Auto Salvage shops. I've looked some up, and a couple of them look like they are possibilities. There's no gate/fence around them, the lot is HUGE, etc. I won't post names here, but there are several of them. While I know that Lucas would be found eventually, I wonder if her line of thinking was "If I could just hide him long enough where a COD can't be determined..." Know what I mean?

I doubt someone can just walk into a salvage yard though, unless they are pretending like they want to purchase a car part or something. Ergh, just thinking out loud.

Yep, I get it immediately too. I've had to have a shot before--my whole face was swelled up.

I wouldn't know what to do if I didn't have a patch of itchiness on me somewhere LOL.

Honestly, that was my first thought- that he might have been found or they know exactly where he is but aren't making a statement publicly until the family has been notified. However, I doubt it because FindLucasAllen and 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 have both posted today, and I doubt that 🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 would ask people to get the word out to neighbors and farms to search their properties, if this was the case. FindLucasAllen I am sure would not be posting if she knew Lucas was found, as she would be too devastated and with her family, I am sure, to be on here. Not to mention, she wouldn't post anyway out of respect for both sides of the family, until LE made it official.

I do wish that was the case, though. Breaks my heart that they are leaving after only being here since Saturday. *sigh*

03/05/18 — Texas EquuSearch will be TEMPORARILY suspending its search for Lucas Hernandez, but we will be returning in the VERY near future. We have been given some credible information on one of our other cases, and we need to act on this to try and bring another family closure. Again, we will be returning to continue our search for Lucas in the VERY near future. Please keep Lucas, his family and loved ones in your prayers.

I hate to ask this but does EG know anyone with a pig farm, or know anyone who knows someone with a pig farm? West coast girl here, I'm assuming there are pig farms in Kansas.
I know it's a macabre thought, but If you know about Robert Pickton ( Serial Killer) Pig Farmer Canada. You can understand my asking.
As I mentioned in an earlier thread. I think she had help from someone, who knows how to disappear somebody in unconventional ways. Ie not burying them, or dumping them somewhere Ie in the woods, or a body of water.
It curdles my blood.
In the last thread the posted a map of animal farms in the area. It's in the last few pages of the thread.

Three thoughts.

1. I have randomly roamed all over south Wichita and have never been to this lake. Unless one lives there, or intentionally seeks it out, it is not, in my opinion a place one would ever stumble upon;
2. If one did, people usually notice unusual activity when they live in areas not usually stumbled upon. I know that when I see brake lights and/or a car stopped at night on any of the rural roads around me, I call the sheriff; and
3. Being most familiar with south Wichita all the way down to the OK border, I don't think I would head north, east, or west, to do something illicit. I would want to feel safely in my comfort area.

Just my thoughts.

If it was the flu 10 days or so being sick is highly possible. This year the flu has been horrible and Wichita appears got hit pretty hard

http://www.kansas.com/news/local/article198707784.html

It is very convenient for EG that the flu was so prominent this year...easy scapegoat. I'm still not buying the flu. My opinion..

Here is a terribly sad case where the lack of medical attention for internal injuries caused the death of 3 year Brooke Stagles. I see a lot of similarities to this case.

https://www.democratandchronicle.co...s-pleads-guilty-death-his-daughter/735691001/

Brook died Nov. 14, 2016, of complications related to a beating. Her intestines had ruptured, leading to a systemic infection called sepsis.

Brook was killed by Stagles' then-girlfriend Erica Bell.

Stagles said he did not know that Bell had punched Brook in the stomach sometime on Nov. 11, 2016.

ETA: and here is the WS link to Brooke Stagles case https://www.websleuths.com/forums/s...ochester-13-Nov-2016&highlight=brooke+stagles

Are there often trains that travel through Wichita?

Here in TX, trains are EVERYWHERE. Just wondering if a train passing through would be a viable option?
I posted a map of all the train tracks in the last thread. Towards the end of the thread.
