As a renter I have huge concerns with who has my door code or the master key. The property management has changed hands, now in a larger shared office with the other company’s of same umbrella group there as well with no idea who has access.
Contractors of owner or property management another issue, have they copied a key ? Been given access codes?
Employees of those same firms as well. In just a couple years of this latest mgmt company mine has new names often. No way of knowing the backgrounds of any who have access is very distressing
