Yes! Thank you! I gave up on trying to find it.
The grandmother (Beth) is 40. She didn't have custody, her husband Charlee's grandfather (Ron) had custody he is also 40. Haven't found an age for Natalie (mom) but her husband that was arrested is 36.How old is the grandmother who hadustody?
How mixed up is this? Husband of the mother of Charlee is 4 years younger than Charlee's grandparents? This is generational dysfunction. The grandmother (Beth) is 40. From the video with the sheriff -
He asks grandma why she waited so long to report Charlee missing because if that was his three year old he would want everyone there looking. Grandma said because she got busy and distracted.

Was the location of the pool ever stated?I still want to know what's under that pool...
Grandpa seems to be the only responsible person in Charlee’s life.
Surely he knows grandma has a meth addiction ?
Did he know that grandma and the houseguest were doing meth the night before Charlie disappeared? Was he asleep because he had to get up early and go to work?
Is that why the houseguest left at the unusual hour of 4;30 am? Did he sneak out before grandpa got up to go to work? Or did grandpa get up, find him, and tell him to leave the house?
I think Grandpa, Charlee, and Penny should leave this dysfunctional extended family and start a new life in another state.
Thank you for this. I hadn't seen this particular link, and it is better than the ones I had viewed. I hope you don't mind if I embed it.Is this what you are looking for?
Sheriff Donnie Tinnell narrates why search parties may not have been able to find 2-year-old Charlee Campbell if she was in fact lost in the woods the entire time she was missing. -- Heather Fountaine WHAS11 News
He said, beside pointing to the family's dog and saying "puppy" she was quiet.
Ohh, okay. Thanks so much.According to WLKY she wasn't talking about Penny when she said "puppy". bbm

While I agree that Charlee needs responsible people to care for her, I am not sure why this has to be played out on the public stage. Surely Charlee has some rights to privacy and the Sheriff does not have to explain his actions to the public.
I agree that CPS should be brought in and that that she should not go back there, but I am not sure that we needed to know all that stuff. Not out of concern for the people, but for the little girl.Yes, but before the new revelations a lot of the public would probably have been concerned about the response of not letting Charlee go straight home being a bit heavy-handed, and the family just need to add more dead bolts.
With these revelations, who feels LE's being heavy handed in not handing C right back and getting CPS in? Not me!

Me either! I am hoping that the whole family will receive the help they need, but between the drug addiction issues, the obvious neglect of a toddler, grandma further endangering Charlee by not reporting her missing for hours, and withholding information from LE I would fear for her safety if she had been returned to this situation. Add in the two felons who apparently were around Charlee, including the mother’s boyfriend/husband who is a violent sex offender.
She deserves so much better. Penny deserves so much better.
Who knows how many dangerous situations she might have been in before this? I am fairly certain that this wasn’t the first time Grandma used meth, had overnight visitors, overslept leaving Charlee unattended, etc.All of this that just said here, makes me even more surprised that this little girl was found alive.
