He wasn't sitting calmly in a courtroom wearing a sweater vest.

:scared:

Jones Brown: "It's a big challenge. He is a juvenile." Could Young swing bat hard enough to do that damage? Yes.

Jones Brown: Too young to be held accountable? Law has decided that.
Pressured by father? He had the free will to say no.

Jones Brown: Can't feel sorry for him because he looks young or had bad dad. "You can not let sympathy add reasonable doubt."

Jones Brown: Trey was brutally murdered at 14 because Gouker is a control freak and #JoshYoung wanted to impress his father.

Boy I'd hate being juror number 6. Free to go. But the judge couldn't resist getting in the stay and get a free lunch quib.

"This was an utterly senseless and heartbreaking murder," Jones Brown said. Hold #JoshYoung accountable.
Closings done.

Alt juror excused, jury being excused to the jury room.
We are now on verdict watch

Thanks is not enough for your post. I hate that the defense stopped the prosecutor from saying what she wanted to say.

Sweater vest, good point. You can bet he never wore one of those before being presented in court.

I have complained since day one about the old man's sweater vest prop he has worn.:floorlaugh: So glad she brought that to the attention of this jury but she probably didn't have to.

Me too.........but the life of the victim never seems to count.:( She got her point across before they stopped her though.

Does the defendant get to sit there until the verdict is returned?

  • #816
Well, he wanted to be like his old man and now he is. I'm willing to bet that it doesnt feel the way he thought it would....

The #JoshuaYoung trial is in the hands of the jurors now, VERDICT HWARTCH!!! Thoughts? Guilty?

  • #819
How long do you think this will take????? I bet it wont be long at all..... Or will the jury have trouble with his youth?

I have to admit that from the beginning of this trial I found JY to be possibly innocent. I was sitting on the :fence: It seemed in the beginning there was not much evidence.

As the trial progressed and I saw what a a$$ his father was and he was trying to steal the show. After all the evidence and the witnesses I slowly changed my mind.

I don't think because you grow up in bad circumstance that you have to turn out bad. We all have choices and I have tried to better my choices in life.
