I just recalled that a Lafayette friend told me that it rained the night/early morning of May 18-19 (Mickey's disappearance). If there was blood evidence on St Landry (or anywhere along her route), could the rain that morning have been enough to have washed it away? Locals, what do you think?
Rain won't get rid of blood. Trace evidence of it will remain there for weeks. So if there are any chemists in here who want to mix up a 100 gallon batch of luminol, we could drive around coating the street in it until we find something
