Nigh -is _mine, maybe they did such a bad job representing him because they knew he was guilty and did not like him so they did not bother to do a good job. I would feel like my skin crawling to represent the likes of Barnardo , Rafferty or DM and MS. I feel sorry for the lawyers that are forced to by legal aid

I get where you are coming from but they aren't forced, it's the career path they choose on their own.

If the previous defense team didn't like him, they didn't have to represent him. That really has nothing to do with it. IMO they had little to work with in the terms of a defense.

I think because there are different officers who do different things.

These officers do photos and catalogue.

Another officer or whoever else they may call IE expert, will then jump in to go over the forensics they found. It's all a process.

BBM - this whole trial has jumped all over the place.....it is honestly hard to keep things straight.....I hope the jury has handouts and are taking notes.....MOO
