First photo shows Eliminator in OPP bay, still chained down to a trailer. Jitta says he circled it, took photos and made notes. #LauraBabcock

Seeing pictures now of the incinerator seized at #Millard's farm in the OPP Orillia detachment. Various angles shown in pictures.

What happened to the van? Can't they just stick to one thing and complete the testimony before moving on to something else?

I don't know if it's just me, or if it's just the lesser amount of coverage by reporters that don't fully show us how the crown is presenting their case, but it seems to me that the TB prosecution was much more logical and easy to follow.

Upon a question from the judge, Jitta says it wasn't part of his job to figure out how the engine got power in the incinerator. Now looking at a close up of trailer. At the base of the machine is "some sort of hatch." #LauraBabcock

In one photo, you can see a small hatch for the bottom chamber of the incinerator. #LauraBabcock

Jitta says it looks like the machine was welded to the trailer. #LauraBabcock

Weird attachment to trailer, Jitta says incinerator was welded to the trailer then chained in other places, he assumes because it would have been top heavy. You would have to unweld it to remove it from the trailer. #LauraBabcock

Handicap sticker? Who's van is this? The suspense is killing me.....MS's mom? One of the plethora of DM's minions? Another stolen vehicle? MOO
Is this the one they talked about modifying? I don't know why this stands out to me.... Moo

So after this witness we're going back to the incinerator at the farm with Dr Rogers? This is so disjointed.

So after this witness we're going back to the incinerator at the farm with Dr Rogers? This is so disjointed.

They need to do this as an avenue to submit the evidence of photos, etc. Then they can go to the witnesses who have something to say about the evidence - the experts, those who needed to analyze the evidence, not just collect it.
This is scaffolding.

I have a feeling the judge thinks so too. Hence his questions.

Could be. I know there is also the white van that JV was traded for the red truck during TB's murder. I think there might be a pic of this green van in one of the hangar pics from facebook though.

Well Dr Rogers saw the incinerator before it made it to OPP headquarters so it's still disjointed to me. :dunno:

Yes I seem to recall that too. I remember the white van as well.
But an ugly green is coming to mind for some reason.. Like we have seen this van before. Jmo

There's a metal step in front of the words, "The Eliminator." On the metal deck is a "piece of metal or long pole" which extended the length of the deck, or the length of the Eliminator. #LauraBabcock

He's also pointing out a long, slender pole affixed next to the incinerator. #LauraBabcock

The jury may now be recalling the long pole #Smich was holding in nighttime pictures from the airplane hangar that we saw in court yesterday. #LauraBabcock

From the Bosma Day 54 thread:

Millard writes: "reminds me, Shane's starting modification on the white van for search and capture missions." Smich responds "I love search and destroy. Lol."
by Adam Carter 12:48 PM

There was no white van involved in the Bosma incident, Fraser says. The white van was a MillardAir company van.

The process, while frustrating, does make sense from a present and validate vs. analyze and opine perspective.

I'll also add that the sequential/chronological flow is interrupted because they are incorporating evidence used in the Bosma trial, gathered at that time, but absolutely must not make any reference to that murder or to the corresponding convictions. This flow does make it (much) more difficult to follow.

Now we're looking in the main chamber of the incinerator. There are concrete metal bars, towards the bottom of the machine. It looks ashy inside. #LauraBabcock
