Ward-Jackson says he only met Millard on three occasions.

Cameron puts more phone records on the screen, these ones have been deleted like some of the previous ones, so there is no text.

Ward-Jackson repeats he used a number of phones, and a number of people had access to his phone.

Matthew Ward-Jackson who plead guilty to selling firearm to Millard, says he "put $ before morals" Doesn't recall details of txts re:gun

So #1 why does he have a bunch of phones if he is legit
2. My friends have their own phones. I can't remember when someone asked to use mine to text
3. He put $ before morals... How did he make this money to pay a butler? Lol

What a joke

Millard asks about this "notion I was interested in guns."

Millard, "Did you know something about me, that [indicated] I would be somebody to try selling it to?"

Ward-Jackson, "My first impression of you was that you were a manly man, interested in cars, girls, guns. I assumed you would perhaps want it, or would know somebody who wanted it."

Millard, "I'm going to suggest to you that you thought I had money to spend."

Ward-Jackson, "You didn't strike me as broke."

Ward-Jackson says the gun was an opportunity he wanted to profit on, not something Millard was waiting to acquire.

Anyone unfamiliar with the true nastiness of MWJ's character ought to read the bit about the butler in ABro's book. Guy's in a better place. MOO of course.

Can you please paraphrase the section about the butler for those of us who have not read it? TIA :)

Ward-Jackson tells the court, "Mr. Millard never showed me an interest in acquiring a firearm."

Justice Michael Code repeats the phrase back to the witness, to confirm what he said.

Ward-Jackson says, "Not that recall."

These two were thick as thieves.. guaranteed.. at least at one point in their lives.. I will bet an honest wage that many a meat head conversation happened over stepped on cocaine... Rambling on and on and on.. It's probably where DM got the idea to become MS's rapper manager.. Biggie Millard...

I have the book, I must of skipped this chapter. But then I don’t think i finished it either cuz it was pretty much what we already knew and I lost interest in it.

So this guy wants us to believe that he cold called DM who showed no interest in guns to ask if he wanted one?

At least try something somewhat believable.

  • #310
That said, not sure why the crown bothered to call this guy. Are they really surprised by this show?

Waiting for...
DM: Smich wasn't a team player, was he?
AM: No
DM: If I wanted to kill someone, I would have asked you to help, wouldn't I, Andrew?
AM: Yes
DM: And you would have agreed, wouldn't you, Andrew?
AM: Yes, because we were such close friends.

Is this actually happening??

We've seen the texts FFS. We've heard Millard complain that MWJ wasn't answering his texts. We've seen MWJ agree to take the used "Dirty Girl" back and re-purpose it. Is anybody believing one word this guy says?

IIRC Isn't there a text in the timeline that says, "Jackson? Is that your real name??"

I must be in a silly mood today, but as soon as I read this description of DM the theme song to Two and A Half Men came into my head! :)

All MOO

As much as I hate to say they will judge this guy....they will judge this guy based on his face tattoos alone. He looks like a criminal, speaks like one, and having DM as an associate is all they will need to see. He should have been called right after the text convos IMO though, so the jury can remember them more easily.

  • #319
No...didn't happen. Just a hypothetical based on how AM was answering questions.

Although when AM said he would have called the cops I honestly LOLed.

Banging my head against a wall. All MOO

FFS. DM never showed any interest in acquiring a gun?? Are we forgetting all the texts? And the texts to MS bugging him about getting iish to get back to him (i’m not one of the group either....I called him iisho.....oh the things I learn on WS)
