As far as I'm aware, Barton still has GenPop/PC/Solitary. So I believe he's Gen Pop. Not that it matters really. *shrug*

If DM was in Gen Pop at Barton I would be surprised. He is a very hated guy here in Hamilton.

Hence Solitary there, and I agree that he's been moved to Toronto, where he's in Gen Pop.
**My opinion based on info from a previous poster.

ETA: Although he said while in Barton that other prisoners were calling him "Big D", so maybe not as hated among the criminal population?

I'm sure Abro would know all of this for certain.

He would be safer in a Toronto jail.

Just catching up. That stuff this morning suggests that Millard may be intending to try to prove he didn't have the gun and/or the ammunition in time for Laura's disappearance.

why would the arrest date need to be an admission?

I know right! ! Showing the length of time between the crime and the arrest? Was it really an arrest or just formally charged? He was already in jail at that point for TB’s murder. At times I think he touches close to the other cases and wonder if he’s hoping it will raise questions, or someone will slip up and he’ll be able to cry “Mistrial” .

He and Smich were arrested April 2014

""The parties agree the following is an accurate statement of fact: day of arrest. Dellen Millard and Mark Smich were arrested and charged with the murder of Laura Babcock on April 10, 2014."

As someone mentioned, they were already under arrest. Can they be arrested more than once? Does it even matter if they say arrested if they are already under arrest?

I think that was just DM being cocky and bragging. I've lived in Hamilton since 1994 and you hear things regarding the Barton jail from the people who live here and have first hand knowledge of the jail. DM was (and is) seriously hated here in Hamilton which is why he was in kept in solitary ... for his own protection.

Yeah who knows. Either way he's where he should be. In any city.

Not quite. Once the trials are over he will be transfered to a bigger prison I'm sure. I'm looking forward to that day.

I meant locked up in general. But yes you're right.

I may not be able to post tweets as I'm on the phone (on and off) with ISP provider. My speed should be 50mbps and I'm only getting 6 right now so they're trying to figure out what the issue is. If I get this sorted before the jury comes back, I'll tweet. :)

My guess is MS bought this other gun and he's going to try to pin it on him.

MS had no money to buy a gun. He was begging DM for money in the phone messages.
