Bomb & Arson are the one's equipped with the x-ray equipment so they can probably x-ray the walls of the home.

Unknown why local Lees Summit bomb squad is on scene. They are either rotating shifts with Kansas City, or they have more sophisticated equipment.

I had no idea Lee's Summit even had a bomb squad. How weird is it to learn it on a message board!

Gotta wonder why it's taking LE 14+ hours to go through one average sized house. I've seen cases where they've ripped out floors, walls, tubs, sink traps, cut holes in cielings, the works, and THAT didn't take 14+ hours.

What on earth are they DOING in there?!

I think it's the manner in which the media (not LE) is handling the neighbors/neighborhood, or not handling them in a proper manner. I would bet my last $ LE is very welcome there and the neighbors would like nothing less than to have baby Lisa returned. The media needs to tone it down and realize there are human beings living in that area, little kids who have school, elders, people who have a job they have to get to in the morning. Nobody but us WSer's, media and LE can be expected to be up day in and day out. :floorlaugh:

The media use a lot of unpaid or very low paid college interns who are there to learn the rules so if there are any "media" disrespecting the neighborhood, their news director or editor should be phoned. There is a code of ethics that they must abide and the news director would appreciate a heads-up.

How long did they stay on suburban drive? Seems like that was a really long time as well.

OT: Last night I did a google search of "What makes a clicking Sound" I think that is what I typed, then I hit google images with that search criteria. It came up with all kinds of Baby Lisa stuff and when i checked the properties of one photo it was from last night. The castanet picture I posted. LOL

But..they had found little Caylee's remains. As far as we know, they haven't found little Lisa.

They are certainly putting in the effort. Wow the folks in KC are fortunate to have such tenacious LE.

LE could rip up the house but instead they are using xray instead. Not going to give the City, county any potential law suits if you ask me.

Not what I meant, Middle. I was just pondering what they might be doing in there all this time. Apart from "being thorough".

I am not In da Middle and I do not live in the area but if I may.. In reading In da Middle's posts of her perspective or living in the area and knowing and speaking with many of the ppl living in and around baby Lisa's home and the areas surrounding that have been the focus of much search.. I do not believe that she has in any way whatsoever expressed anything saying that people are angry and disgusted with it and to hell with baby Lisa and finding her.. Infact I've heard the total opposite that these neighbors and surrounding community that are within the scope of the searches are wanting desperately for this child to be found.. They care very deeply and in no way are expressing any negative feelings toward baby Lisa or finding baby Lisa..

What In da middle has taken time to kindly share with all of us is the "real perspective" of those living this up close and personal.. And in "real" that means telling it like it is.. Of course there are feelings of inconvenience and frustration as it does affect peoples daily lives, but they are not expressing frustration directed at baby Lisa AT ALL IN ANYWAY, nor blaming baby Lisa for the inconvenience that some aspects are causing.. But rather In da middle is saying that this neighborhood is willing to deal with all of this for baby Lisa and UNTIL BABY LISA IS FOUND.. that's a very realistic and true account of peoples lives while living this current unfortunate situation..

Thanks to In da Middle for sharing what details you have with us of living in this area at this time..

And I, in no way am attempting to speak for In da middle, but rather just my opinion on the details she shares with us about the ongoing case of baby Lisa from the unique perspective of living there.. Jmo, tho!!

MK, MOO, look at the size of the Black Thingy (hides) now think low many and how long it would take to xray every wall, floor, ceiling in that house, to probably include appliances, furniture, beds etc.

Sounds like they also wanted a fresh set of eyes to take a look. They have to be well into the second or even third watch now if they started shortly after sunrise.
