Lee Anthony Almosts Hits Protesters

What the heck does OCSO stand for? I can guess that OC strands for Orlando City but what does SO stand for? Can you help an inquiring sista out?

Wow, maybe Casey had a point when she said she didn't report Caylee missing because she's seen what happens to people who do.

I would never compare Casey with the Keeses. Those parents searched for their daughter. I lived in Orlando during this time. It was awful watching them stand on the street corners holding signs, begging for help finding her.

That's what I mean....Cindy shouldn't be out there confronting the protesters. That's what they want.....

She must enjoy the upheaval, I can't think of any other reason to go out there and have a confrontation. It may not be pleasant, but no one is breaking the law out there.

I am very disappointed by the protestors and the trash diggers.

People need to get back and LE get their work done and let the case progress so they can get a conviction. All this brou ha ha is accomplishing nothing.

No you cannot block a driveway, but you can walk on the sidewalk across the driveway. If the girls would have been blocking the driveway I don't think the LE would have said this, they were probably moving back and forth. Did LA give them a chance for them to move?

Extreme Example For Point:
One could say well they cannot keep me from walking back and forth and 500 people start walking along the sidewalk across the driveway 250 form one side and 250 from the other to keep them from entering because we all know pedestrians have the right away and they can't stop me from walking etc etc etc.....

Something that is legal can become something that is illigal very easy based on intent.

Not saying this is what has happened but I know people that would easily put their child to the task just because they want to harrass someone. Stupid people do stupid things.

But they could have just been walking home from school as well I don;t see enough from the report to know.

But it sounds like they are children of protestors, and they should have gotten out of the way, the mother even says they were standing, which we all know is not walking.

"I think it's time this family and the community put this child to rest," the unidentified man said.

Cindy Anthony, Casey Anthony's mother, removed the sign before replacing it, and a confrontation ensued between her and protesters, Local 6 News reported.

Shortly after the confrontation, Cindy Anthony's son, Lee Anthony, pulled into the driveway in his Ford Mustang, and protesters claim he nearly struck their children who were nearby.

"He came flying in the driveway, and we were standing here and he almost hit my kid (and) her kid," an unidentified protester said.

Yes, but did they protest the disappearance/presumed murder of a 3 year old girl when they themselves were too young to understand it?

I'm not really trying to compare them. Just trying to point out that when the public takes matters into their own hands they aren't always right. It's a shame that a family whose child really is missing is subjected to threats and hostility. Why can't we just let LE do their job?

You know, honest to god, those parents bringing those children should be ashamed of themselves for bringing those children out to that house. To me, there is no right whatsoever that any of us have to put our children in danger..They should be charged with endangerment..
I don't condone Lee's actions or whatever,
but sometimes parents need to step up and take some responsibility for what they are subjecting their kids to!

Back in the middle 50's - right before I was born - the family across the street from us has a son that shot and killed a cop - point blank range - drug store robbery. Anyway - my grandma used to tell me about how after he was arrested - the people would drive by the house all hours of day and night - they would throw rotten vegetables, tomatoes, eggs, screaming and yelling. So - maybe it is a good thing we are in 2008 and our civilization has moved forward somewhat.

I agree. As a mother, I do understand the emotions involving this case, and wanting to protest, but it has been no secret that there have been fights, confrontations and yelling outside the home of the Anthony family.

There is NO excuse to subject a child to any of that.

2) I agree, I don't think children belong there doing that, period! I cringe to think if one of those toddlers had wandered to the driveway area when Lee was driving like a PUNK! The perents being wrong doesn't excuse Lee's behavior. PERIOD.

I use to have respect for Lee. He's a snarky, slick, cover up for the baby killer shister and I can't stand him anymore. His little smirks and know-it-all attitude make my skin crawl.

My 2 cents on the protests. I thank God that I live in a free and democratic society where we are constitutionally afforded the right to assembly. I may disagree with the position of certain protestors (not in this case however) but I will never, NEVER call into question their right to do so. Our laws are in place not only to protect our interests but also those citizens whom we diagree with, they are universal. If people are uncomfotable with this then they can always move to a nation less concerned with the rights of it's people, I hear China is beautiful.

Children also have rights and the parents need to make responsible decisions on their behalf. I doubt it was the children's idea to go out there and exercise their rights. They were brought along with their parents. What about the children's rights?

Simply drive in driveway normal and hit garage remote. What a complete azz! But we do know his driving record, eh? It didn't start recently! PUNK!

The speed limit on that street is 25 MPH. Give that man a ticket already~!~
